She then made sure the staff at the front knew who I was and to help me if I needed any other sizes etc. What she didn't know until later was how important this Christmas photo was due to not having the family together in the past 15 years, a recent cancer diagnosis, and flying from Florida just to make this happen. She was super nice and explained that they are receiving other orders for my friend's funeral and all will be delivered Monday morning so everything is set up for the funeral service scheduled for Monday at 10 AM. I appreciated her calling and I also appreciated her explaining everything to me and the plans for delivery. They have videos but not new ones. And right now there are a bunch of new inspirational. I think they just want to skim by as a local store or they simply can't afford to update their stock.
