Service is absolutely horrendous. I accept the overpriced products out of sheer convenience and because at least you can eat them. That being said, I ordered 6 pieces of fruit, 6 chocolate covered apple rings ("doughnuts"), some balloons and a small teddy bear for my wife and kids since I'm in Afghanistan. A nice little treat. I specifically ordered for after Valentine's day so as not to add to or compete with their, I'm sure, busy day. At 7:45pm they call her asking if they can still deliver, then show up another hour later without the complete order. For over 90 dollars you'd think they could at least get the freaking order right or even sometime during the day. We live maybe 5 minutes away! Save your money and go somewhere else. Hugely disappointing experience from a branch giving the rest of the company a very bad name. read more

I truly believe that they should not even allow delivery if there is not name given. I don't know who you are, but you're delivering my mom items--to her job. On February 10th my husband placed an order to be delivered to my children and I. On February 14th one box of strawberries showed up that were not as cold as I felt they should be so I tossed them. They were not delivered via the usual truck or delivery person. Given the holiday I understood things happen. I called my husband as there was no card or anything to ask him if he had sent them. He informed me that he had and then went on to ask if I liked the other stuff. I said all I received were the strawberries. From that moment on contact was attempted with the store to no avail. My husband then made contact with EA via fb. An email was sent to the store. The next day we still had not received anything thing or even a call. I tried the store several times and the I called the EA 1-800 number. The lady informed me that I had to wait 48 hours. I waited until the next day and I tried the store one more time. FINALLY, a man by the name of Brandon answered. He informed me he was the owner. I told him I had not received my order and right off he starts going on and on about how I can't place an order the day of or the day before and expect it on a holiday. I had him read me the order date and I said was that not plenty of time and he was like what's the problem. I told him I didn't appreciate the way he was talking to me. I told him my husband placed this order and all I received was the free box of dipped strawberries. He then told me he recalled this order from the email he received that he still hadn't responded to. Brandon could not offer any explanation and when I brought up not being able to get in contact with any one he told me he had shut the phones off. I told him I was in a service industry too and that doesn't fly. I found it to be horrible customer service. At least have a way for people to leave a message. My clients have easy access to my cell phone number at any time and while I know that people do not choose to take care of their clients like that there are other ways in order to provide customer service such as an answering machine. During this call Brandon went on and on about how he had 1100 orders to get out that day. Yes, I understand it is a busy day, but this is their day to make money. It is also not my fault they could not handle 1100 orders on Valentine's Day. Maybe they should have 1. Stopped taking orders at a certain point or 2. Get out of business. Further through the conversation I was told about how he served in the military and how someone else served in the military. To be honest that had nothing to do with our conversation, the lack of customer service, or the fact that it was the 16th and my order was suppose to be delivered on the 14th. Brandon's attitude the whole call was asinine and I would never in a million years talk to my clients the way he talked to me. The resolution was that I could take a refund or a 50% discount but my order wouldn't be delivered until Monday the 19th. I asked several times what actually happened to my original order with no answer. I asked what he could do today with no answer. I am sorry for the amount spent the 19th was just not acceptable. Brandon went on to tell me how the things that were ordered were not even things they stocked. We ended the call. I then attempted to call the EA 1-800 number and I asked for a supervisor to which I was told they were all in a meeting. I told the guy I would wait. He kept asking for info, but kept telling me he couldn't find my husbands info when the lady the day before had no problem. By this time I am in tears and just hang up. I can no longer take dealing with anyone else. My husband is TDY and I had a little girl thinking her daddy forgot about her. I would have never in a million years expected this kind of customer service from edible arrangements. Edible Arrangements has since made contact to tell the store to proceed with a refund. I will not spend my hard earned money at this place nor will my family business. read more

Well I have ordered several edible arrangements. I ordered one for my dad for Father's Day they delivered the bouquet and there was supposed to be a dozen boxed candy/fruit come with it. I. Allen to inquire why it was not delivered and was told I would have to come pick it up. Spent $116.00. I will not do business with them again. read more

I'm very disappointed in this business. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my daughter for Valentine's day on the 13th to be delivered on the 14th. I waited all day for her to call me to thank me. Finally a little after 4pm, I called the business to check. Local # went straight to voice mail. So I called corporate office. Asked them to check for me because she would be unavailable to reach after 5 pm. I ended up calling twice before 7 pm and they kept saying they would be sending an email to local office and have them call me. I got nothing. I called at 230 pm on the 15th to see what happened and again local # will not answer and corporate sent another msg to them. At 3pm I looked at my email confirmation sent to me on Tuesday the 13th to track my order again and it says CANCELLED! Although it was late, I would've have still liked my daughter to have felt special! She is 3 mos pregnant and has has been feeling down. I ordered from sheri's berries last year and was happy! I will never order from edible arrangements again. I just hope they credited my credit card! My advice is if you want someone you can trust to deliver to your special person, dont trust edible arrangements! read more

I placed an order for Valentine's day delivery on Feb 6th as of Feb 15th at 2pm it still hasn't been delivered. I spent nearly $100 on something that hasn't even been prepared as of 2 pm the 15th of Feb. I placed an order here before when they first opened and they delivered it a day late so I guess I should've learned from my past mistake. As of 6pm the 14th they had 30 people outside their store waiting on failed orders. I won't ever use them again. read more

I would think that a business was actually in business to make money and provide a decent service or product. Two years in a row this store has provided neither on Valentines Day. You would think this kind of store would bend over backwards to ensure that the entire week or two around V-day would go as good as possible. I guess these people haven't gotten that figured out. First year, they showed up at nearly 9:00pm with the delivery. Yes, the website fine print says they may deliver up to 9pm on busy and peak days, but forget about calling after 7pm closing to check the status. Nobody answers and even though it says to leave a message after the beep, the phone just disconnects you. So there's no way to find out where your stuff is. Second year, no delivery at all. Again, no answering of the phone and no way to leave a message. Called next day during regular hours. No answer and no way to leave a message. Still no delivery of product ordered. Both times, the orders were placed in time and no calls were made by the store to say there would be any issues. Simply bad al around. Ended up calling corporate to resolve the issue. read more
