Dear Reader, I am so thankful I brought my vehicle there; my technician (Manuel?) did an amazing job of cleaning the dirty visors that had years old stains. He couldn't do much about the stained seatbelt (inherited stains, tyvm!) in the back, but he did what he could, and it still turned out impressively clean, not pristine -- but cleaner than it was. I am very happy with the results! A pearl of wisdom: be mindful of the day and time you're considering. I dropped it off on Tuesday, so the car wash was not crazy busy as usual it is. I think it enabled my technician to really take his time and pay attention to detail, so keep that in mind should you decide to go with them. I have no regrets -- thank you so much! Even though the online booking time was convenient, the manager, Alex, clearly does not care about your business. There is a "comments" box in the online booking process that was completely ignored with my question. The detailer was late to my appointment. Time means money and they don't care about wasting your time. The work vehicle was trashed when it showed up. Dents all over the place, door molding hanging outside the door. Invest some money and take all those dents out. It gives a bad look like they don't care. Before the work was started I was verbally told it would be an extra $45 for all of the work with some stubborn stains. Okay I understood, the car's interior was quite dirty. After working four hours on the car, the stains are still there. None of the ones on the seats and the carpet floor were removed. He tried was his answer and then asked me how long have I had the car. How is that relevant for the work performed? It is none of their business. Training is an issue obviously. On their website they claim "superior customer experience." Not so much. "Real time updates" during the four hours did not happen once. "Follow up care with maintenance recommendations" was non existent. The recommendations given was to keep the windows down because it still was wet inside. They couldn't dry the vehicle first? Yeah keep the windows down so all the dust flies in - so smart of them. At the end of the appointment I requested an invoice for their work. No was their answer but if you pay by credit card and pay the 4%+ surcharge, we can do it for you. What? That makes no sense. Their other payment options are cash, Venmo or Zelle. For a company that is detailer certified I am disappointed. Yes they are certified - certified waste of time. Take your business elsewhere.

5 stars isn't enough for the experience I had at Elite Finish this week…read more After getting sideswiped by a minivan last Saturday, I brought my VW GTI in on Monday hoping they could buff out the tire marks left on my car. The team got to work right away and gave it a real effort -- but in the process, they discovered something I never knew: my car (purchased brand new in 2019!) had apparently been repainted at some point before I bought it, which made the job much more complicated than a standard detail could handle. Rather than cut corners or give me a mediocre result, they were completely upfront with me and explained that an auto body shop would be better equipped to do the job right. They even recommended a nearby shop they trusted. Here's the part that really got me: after all that time and effort, they didn't charge me a single dollar. I was already stressed from the accident, and the kindness I was shown here genuinely made my day better.
