I see repeat customers when I come through for my bi-weekly wash and hold a conversation every now and then with them, and they've been coming here for years, just like I have. Over the years, what I have seen is people (Chad's and Karen's) trying to get their way and squeeze a VERY laborious detail with pet-hair removal for under $70 (the mini detail many on here speak of). WTF are people smoking? Lol... honestly, that kind of shit pisses me off. THEN, these C's and K's come on here and leave a damaging review. I came through today and asked Leticia where her Glock was, because apparently she's holding these people hostage and forcing them to accept their services. SMH. Unfortunately for the business, Leticia and David are VERY nice (too nice) and they do their best to work with you and your budget, while trying not to damage their reputation by doing so. Anyway... My family and I have been bringing our vehicles here since 2009 to get hand-washed. We appreciate and admire their hard work and dedication to customer service, and yes, TRANSPARENCY.

Finding ways to charge more seems to be a common practice for this place.

The location and accessibility is indeed convenient for the large crowds of people who live in city…read moreheights, The whole space of land that the car wash sits on, is not your biggest. And not to mention it gets really crowded on the weekends. There are only four stalls. First comes the vacuum, then the wash, then a small space in the back to dry your car. If you're not looking for a fancy wash, but the most extreme basic wash, and for super cheap, and you don't mind putting in a little bit of labor, then this place is for you. As for me, I shall continue on with my ventures in securing a good "self serve" car wash, since I like my cars washed a specific way, and self detailed afterwards, so I need a place with shade.

I've seen promos for a free wash on a specific day, 50% off, and $5 off. They have three wash levels to choose from, I don't really notice the difference so I usually go with the Classic Joe, the basic tier. There is always a spot for me to park after to dry off the car and vacuum. It seems like they do a good job of maintaining that self-serve cleaning area as there are always fresh towels and working vacuums. Even though there's a recommended time limit of 15 min, if nobody is waiting, I take my time and never feel rushed or pressure from anyone. Most recently on the free car wash day, it was already the end of the day and I imagine the employees had been running at max capacity all day as the line was out of the parking lot and down the street. I still only waited about 10 min to get to the tunnel. My transmission had an electrical glitch and my car broke down right as I was aligning my wheels onto the tunnel track. I started to panic because I wasn't sure how to get the car into neutral and was worried about causing damage to my car if I couldn't get it properly on the track while it was moving. The employee immediately stopped the track was really patient with me and tried to help, and when she realized it was out of scope, right away got a supervisor to help. They patiently walked me through resetting my car system and safety getting it into neutral on the track. I was feeling so bad that I backed up the line on an already busy day, but my moment of stress, they showed the upmost professionalism and calm on what was probably a very stressful day for them too. Really appreciated their kindness and will continue to return!

Enter Dr. Detail, and wow, what a difference. Booking was super easy, and they showed up exactly on time, literally 7:30 AM on the dot, just like they said. I even got updates so I knew exactly when to expect them. Even though I originally just needed the stucco removed, they went above and beyond and gave my whole car the full treatment, inside, outside, even under the hood. My engine was so clean you could eat off of it (not that I recommend it, but you could). My car's parked outside 24/7 and has some wear from sun and weather, but somehow Dr. Detail still managed to make it shine like new. I was seriously impressed. He was also super friendly, figured out a smart way to park on the street since we don't have a driveway, and was really considerate with the neighbors, he even made sure not to block trash cans. That level of care and attention really stood out. Overall, just a great experience, efficient, thoughtful, and really high quality work. Highly recommend!
