I live 499 miles from there, but had a nail in a tire on my way home from vacation in Florida, with my 85 yo mother in the car. I called AAA, and they sent Jim, who was an absolute angel to two older women in distress. He put on my donut, but when he found how far we had to go, on a Saturday night, he told us he couldn't leave us like that. He took my tire to his garage to patch. So suddenly we became part of their community, too. When we went to his garage on the donut to get the patched tire, he and one of his associates were so friendly and helpful! They were also working on other cars, and had other happy customers coming in, on Saturday night, to get their cars. They put the patched tire on the car, and wouldn't charge us. My truck broke down as i was going to take boat out, called JRS to meet me later that afternoon to pickup my truck and had a time set to meet them at boat landing after we carried boat out they communicated with me great. Then had another unforeseen problem, the boat quit as storm was approaching and to get another boater to take me back and was about an hour later than i told initially, called them and told i was gonna be delayed and driver had to wait on me over an hour they called and checked on me and when i got back to my vehicle driver was right there waiting on me and got me and my truck back to my shop quickly and the owner and driver were super nice and helpful and price was very reasonable, better than expected. road assistance flat tire early on Sunday morning Dec. 3rd 2023. this nice man went over and above to help us. he even took us to his shop on a Sunday to rotate our tires since our spare wasn't in the grestest shape. we were traveling to W.va and he wanted to make us as safe as possible on our way back home. He is a God send. We broke down on a Saturday at 5:00pm on the way home from the beach pulling our camper. He came to Sparky's and checked the truck and towed it to his shop to fix it.
