About one of the worst service calls ever in my 45 years…read more they were called at 2:00 pm but did not arrive until 7:00 pm. They said it was the leveling valve and had to go get one, 3 hours later, they returned to complete the repair at 11:49 pm and called me back wanting payment for the repairs of $942.95 I called my driver and he said the airbags are up and the tech told him he was done, sent them the payment info at that time. At 7:30 am the next morning my driver was still sitting there I called my driver and he said the road crew would be back out this morning to complete the repair. I called Watson and asked what was going on, I was told it was complete and they got paid. their service guy said that the tech had to go back out to finish the repair but that they were busy and that it would be after 12 before they could go. we could not wait another 4-5 hours so I sent my tech out a 4.5-hour trip to see what was going on. my tech got there and sent pics back to me of an old leveling valve and it was installed upside down. tried to call Watsons back and no answer sent an email with the pic of the old valve still no reply back. what we found was just a leaking airbag 45min later our driver was rolling. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

beware. true to their name xtreme $$$$$ $200 for a 8' piece…read moreof used chain $641 for the road call less than 10m to chain up an axle on top of that. they said they can do a load swap with no problem and did not even have adequate equipment stalling the job and took them most of the day to run the charge up $700 for the first 2 hr $250 every hr after that and turned out total 6 hours to swap a 26 pallet load. was given a quote on the repair and it was astronomical so we pulled our unit home to repair. we will never use them again. now to see what bs they will have on a reply, if they reply at all.

When I called again I found out I was blocked because it was going straight to voicemail. I know for sure I'm blocked because when I dialed *67 and called the number it rang through. It's 2:00 am and here in NC it is really cold. Would not recommend this company what so ever. Was told it would be there that next day. The part did not come in until that following Monday (fine it was a holiday weekend). Set up to get it fixed that Thursday. Was told it may need a caliper, sent the money to order the caliper. Drove 2 hrs one way to hopefully get the issue fixed. Was told something else was broken. Went to the auto part store to get that part. Then went back so hopefully finish the work. Then everything was almost done and was told something else broke and needed to order another part. Gave the money for the labor and the part to get the part ordered and paid for the vehicle to be towed to my residence as it was at a family members home. The car was towed that following weekend. Asked when the car will be fixed was told they would be in contact with us to set up a time. No answer, texted multiple times/ multiple dates still no answer. Christmas and new year come still no answer. Requested a refund was denied. Even though all the vehicle parts except for my break like and pads were not in my possession. Put up a review stating my frustration, and all of a sudden received a text. Then I was being disrespected I was being told there's nothing wrong with my car and who ever else looked at it is a moron and all kinds of disrespectful comments. My husband then answered and received a call. We were told if we take the yelp review off he would come that week and fix it. The yelp review was taken off almost two weeks ago still not fixed. We reached out again via text and phone call. Yes we were very upset and did end up cursing on the phone. And we were told the review never was taken down when it was. Sent a screenshot of the review being taken down. Still no word! I cannot believe how terrible some businesses are to clients especially in desperate times!!!!!!!!
