His crew were always on time and conducted themselves very professionally on the job site. If one of them were not able to answer a question, Augustin can be reached very quickly over the phone/text to get the matter cleared up. All of our projects have been completed on-time or if there was a delay, he would explain the reason for the extension so there were no questions. Also, all financial questions are answered as soon they come up and if there is a need to increase the budget (or use an item/material that is more expensive then originally planned) Augustine will go into detail for the reason there needs to be a change and is open to negotiate the difference in cost. In the middle of the job, after he had cut massive holes from my shop wall to install the windows, he called me outside to inform me that he could no longer do the work for the price that he agreed upon. Basically blackmailing me unless I paid him more to finish. I was completely shocked, and having never delt with someone so incompetent and shady. He ended up finishing the work but with terrible quality and detail. Nails and screws stabbing through from both sides of the wall, the worst caulking you've ever seen, he dismantled my electrical and left it stranded everywhere, just a piss poor job all the way around. He showed no remorse for the terrible job stating he wasn't going to make any money from it. I told him that's the contractors responsibility to bid the job properly and if not that's on him. He threw a fit like a child. Never wanted to show me receipts for supplies. I don't think he has very much experience. My guess is his dad does the same kind of work and he thought he would go out and replicate it on his own. He wasn't able to. And hopefully this review will keep something like this from happening to you. After he guaranteed there would be no leaks, the first rain I had leaks everywhere. 0/10 work. It was a 2 day job that I paid 2k in cash for. Never hire this clown. And if you don't believe a word of this review, just look at the pictures from the job.

We recently purchased our house and the roof was quite old. I reached out to 3 different roofing companies to get quotes. I ended up going with B&B Brothers for our roof and I am glad I did. We paid for them to redo all the shingles, replace any damaged plywood, and update our bedroom skylight as well. The owner did offer us a cash discount which I appreciated. During the job, some stucco on the house was damaged while they pulled old shingles and they did repair the damage at no extra cost. Cons: They sent over a contract but it had expired by the time I was done getting estimates from different companies. I think ensuring a contract is signed before work starts would have added more peace of mind to both parties. Pros: The work was done incredibly fast and I felt they had pretty good communication while the work was getting done. They also did a good job cleaning up majority of the debris from the work which is nice. They also painted our roof fixtures to match the hickory color. I am sure costs are going to vary based on roof size, condition of roof/plywood, and etc but we got this done for under $20k which felt like a very doable price. Overall, I was happy with the job they did and the price I paid. Also, the roof looks fantastic and makes the whole house look great!
