I called right away and now 9 days later they still will not respond to any form of communication! No warm water for bathing in 9 days! Shower still leaks, no hot water, pipes now rattle in the walls, faucet in tub is not attached to the wall(they wedged pieces of the box to hold it) there's a red thing I see at the drain of my stainless sink. List goes on, they won't call back much less come back! It is now 4 weeks with not warm or hot water in our only tub/shower they refuse to come or call!
