Can't recommend them enough!... They were on time, polite and did beyond what my husband and I asked to be done...!

I don't want to sound rude but we think he may have a mental problem. Hes been a nut case to work for. Always talking to his crew about doing illegal drugs. It has been a nightmare. Very rude and arrogant to his help. Maybe this is why his business failed.

I called Art Wilson from Final Touch Custom Painting to come by my house to give me a bid on a…read morecustom paint job in my living room. Part of the work included Venetian style, stenciled finish, which he said we should do ourselves because he would charged at least $1,000. He asked me if I worked and that I should probably just do it myself. Also, he said he could do a faux paint job that we wanted on the ceiling in about a day with no problem and he would quote me on the other walls that needed to be painted. His website does say he does faux painting. When I called him back he said the ceiling would be a few thousand dollars and he wasn't interested in any of the other work as if I didn't make enough money to cover his costs. My budget was $5,000 to complete the work and I already have it set aside. I asked for a bid on Monday when he stopped by and didn't get a response back so I called Art on Thursday morning and he pretty much acted like he was too good to do the work. I should have realized that when he was in and out of my house without asking too much detail. Sorry Art, I have the money to do the work and all you had to do was to produce a bid. I'll find someone more professional who actually likes their work. I will not be recommending you for any work with any of my customers. P.T. Barnum is associated with the saying, "There's no such thing as bad publicity". Don't take the review too harsh because it gave us an opportunity to find someone who deserves the business. Starting to wonder if there are any real painters in Pocatello.

He was on vacation at the time my husband was hired and relied on his lead foreman to tell him how the new guy was of course his lead foreman was intimidated by my husband so of course he told a bunch of extra lies to Adam when he got back into town from his vacation and so My husband lost his job within just a few days of being there. Trying to get the money that he owed our family was a whirlwind. When him and my husband had first talked about wages it was supposed to be 15 an hour and my husband hadn't even got to fill out any paperwork by the time the guy just decided to let him go couldn't even prove himself to the boss instead he just listened to his older foreman who said he could run circles around my husband painting. So even I had to get involved when it came to trying to get the money every day he would make up some excuse I'll get a hold of you when I get off never did so I asked the next day meet me here and I'll give you the check and you text and call him and you wait there half an hour and he never replies on purpose but yet makes it your fault that you didn't get paid then he'll say OK well I'm here meet me here which is a half an hour away and you go out there and wait half an hour 45 minutes and he'll text you and say he's going to be 15 minutes late but yet you're there at the place still and he never shows up and wont respond now will reply back so then you end up turning him into the labor board and he gets mad enough to just pay you minimum wage because you turned him in when I know a paint laborer makes at least $13 an hour if not more in this town so with just the 20 hours my husband got to work we didn't even get $150, Didn't even put how many hours he worked or the wages he paid on the check. And the way he runs his painting business is beyond me I don't even know how he's in business still. So not only did we get screwed out of the wages we were going to be paid we also got screwed out of what could've been a good job if the guy would just grow up and let him see for himself because his foreman wasn't even there the second day my husband worked he was at a different job so how can he know what kind of work my husband did. So not only did we get screwed out of the wages we were going to be paid we also got screwed out of it what could've been a good job if the guy would just grow up and let him see for himself because his foreman wasn't even there the second day my husband worked he was at a different job so how can he know what kind of work my husband did. I would never ever recommend this company or this gentleman to anyone I knew that needed some work or painting done. He has a lot of growing up to do still and I think he's an arrogant ass. In my eyes it is Adam Briscoe's loss more power to him.

He says he will be there on a certain time of a certain day then will either show up for only a couple hours or he will just not show up at all. Then when he doesn't show up, he won't respond to text messages or phone calls for days and even a week+ sometimes. He has promised to be done so many times and disappointed us every time. His work is not high quality. He has grouted our shower twice now and it is still missing grout in many spots. He has left our house a mess with his tools and garbage on a daily basis. He is full of excuses instead of taking accountability and being a "classy" businessman. We have literally begged him to come get the job finished, to no avail. We have now filed a complaint with the State of Idaho Bureau of Occupational Licenses against his contractors license and are having to pay someone else to come in and finish the job that he has already been paid in full for. I saw another review with similar experiences about being put on the back burner and ignored so I encourage anyone considering A Touch of Class to reconsider. Don't get stuck in his rouse.
