WARNING: The advertised autopay discount is not available unless you use a Verizon VISA card or your bank account. Verizon itself is absolutely worthless and unreliable (1 star). I got the 5G because my DSL has gone out 3 or more times in the past year and, in one case, I had to deal with the BBB and consumer protection agencies to get a junk fee removed from my bill. This was for a technician visit to my home that found no problems with my inside wiring, but for which I was charged anyway. My phone service just went out today. Verizon is very good at taking my money every month, and recently raising its prices, but not so diligent about making sure the services for which I am paying actually work.

The setup was easy and we got the equipment we needed with no problems. (We decided to rent the modem router, not purchase our own. The cost is very reasonable.) We have had only a handful of outages in those years, and every one of them were very brief. Their pricing is reasonable compared to other companies. I just spoke with their Billing department to make a change to our account. I got a real human being very quickly. She verified my account and made the change while we were talking, and was very professional and helpful.

The install was a breeze and the techs were top notch going over every detail of my setup. When I didn't want to use their equipment he said that's ok but he also left me the router they supply, it was labeled where I would need to make connections and then he wrote his name and number on the box in case I needed to switch it quickly. When my router went out late one night, instead of scheduling an appointment and waiting they connected me up in a few minutes. When a part of my system failed (POE) and I talked with tech support they decided they needed to dispatch a tech. It took longer than I had excepted and hoped so when I called back to get an ETA the Support Manager located the part I was waiting on and personally drove it to my home. This is not something someone else told him, he took action because he cared about his customers. The company may not have the polish of a big company like Optimum but they shine like no other because off the nice, caring and hard working people who work at Planet Network.

Went home, but could not make phone calls. Went back-they didn't understand the issue, so Steve the salesman, Steve for $39.00 I could get a new phone. I asked what the monthly payment would be and was told it would only be $45.00, plus taxes a month. Including phone protection. I was told the bill was to view online in a few days. I checked my account and the salesman lied-as it was $92.00. Bait and switch tactics. I called the 800 number and explained my issue. They told me that they did not understand why I was told this. They lowered it to $52.66 after I dropped the phone protection. I also received a discount if I did automatic bill pay, from my bank. My bill was due My 19th, yesterday they took $82.47 from my account. I called and they claim I will get a credit-but due to basically being lied to at the store-one wonders if this is true. Be very wary with price quotes and get in writing.

I spoke with Mike in the morning and explained I needed another IPhone 14 ASAP. He told me to come right down and in about 80-90 minutes I was on my way home with all of my apps transferred and a new IPhone. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. A few days later I went back to Mike because I couldn't hear texts coming in from only one of my contacts, Mike looked at my contacts and immediately showed me what was wrong and also how to fix it if it ever happened again. . It didn't take more that a couple of minutes to fix. I highly recommend this Verizon store and especially Mike. I hope his superiors get to read this so that they are aware of his excellent customer skills.
