The install was a breeze and the techs were top notch going over every detail of my setup. When I didn't want to use their equipment he said that's ok but he also left me the router they supply, it was labeled where I would need to make connections and then he wrote his name and number on the box in case I needed to switch it quickly. When my router went out late one night, instead of scheduling an appointment and waiting they connected me up in a few minutes. When a part of my system failed (POE) and I talked with tech support they decided they needed to dispatch a tech. It took longer than I had excepted and hoped so when I called back to get an ETA the Support Manager located the part I was waiting on and personally drove it to my home. This is not something someone else told him, he took action because he cared about his customers. The company may not have the polish of a big company like Optimum but they shine like no other because off the nice, caring and hard working people who work at Planet Network.

They did not care at all to take care of us and dismissed us immediately ! So went to this location and as soon as we walked in they were more then helpful .. They helped us with the phone process ( which ones are good and are best fit for our needs) .... The one member Felicia was very helpful as well as her co-worker ( cant remember his name ugh) ... We walked out of there very happy and will only go there..... We have been with T_mobile for years and this location has been the most useful.. Please only go here if you want good customer service .....
