Despite showing me their laminated hard to read price menu a young man there arbitrarily quoted me a price that 5 X what I'd been charged previously for my same small not very dirty car. """ 5 X higher""" I said to him " No way are you insane?!" and I drove away-- I will not return ever. Shyster business practices. I guess they don't care if they build up a good local customer base or not. Word of mouth recommendations do mean something and I cannot recommend a place that so very blatantly tries to rip you off !

They only detailed the interior, but the results were excellent. The car is about 14 years old and had some pretty bad stains from spills that had built up over the years. After the detailing, the interior looked almost like new. The job ended up taking quite a while, but the detailer was extremely thorough and worked consistently throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the good communication along the way. This was also a special project because the detailing was part of a gift for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary, so I was very happy with how the interior turned out. Nic provided absolutely excellent service when I brought him my Audi RS7. The car was purchased…read morebrand new last summer, and I had the dealer apply PPF (Paint Protection Film) and Ceramic .. to protect it from damage. Unfortunately, I soon had a small blemish, and neither the dealer, nor another detail shop wanted to assist me. Nic recommended that we do a little touch up, and then use Xpel PPF on the front end. This is a very reputable product, offered by a small network of certified shops, and it carries a 10 year warranty. At no point did Nic try to hard sell me, and his cost for the work was extremely competitive. At no additional charge, he removed the thinner PPF that had been glued on at the dealer's vendor, touched up the blemish with the proper color, did an outstanding job applying the Xpel .. and then detailed the car. I had some concern because we were in the process of resurfacing our driveway, limiting my ability to use our garage. Nic kept the car garaged for me, and was flexible, so I would not need to bring it home during a storm. He kept me informed of progress, and when I got the car back, I felt like he took fantastic care of it. If I need additional services, this is going to be my first stop. The business has great integrity, their work is superb and customers are treated extremely well. Highly recommended.

I don't know, but I went in to get my seats cleaned because an Uber passenger had vomited in my back seat, and so I paid them $100.00 to clean my seats (it used to be $60.) The rest of the day yesterday, I could still smell the vomit in my car, but I thought maybe it was the cleaning chemicals or something. Today I got in the car and it still smells like vomit. I put my nose up near the seat where the incident had happened, and the sour vomit smell is still there. So I called to let them know this. I was told I could come back and spend another $50.00 to spray some odorizer or something to clear up the smell. And I would also recieve a new cabin air filter. This is the second time I've had to have my seats cleaned for this reason (uber drunk vomit) and the last time it was sixty bucks and no more vomit smell. It seems to me that the ONE HUNDRED BUCKS I gave them should have been enough to not have my car smell like puke anymore! I am going to have to find a new place to have my car seats cleaned if this happens again. Pavilion Car Wash has gone down the tubes, sadly.

As someone who has experienced cancer and have had several important people pass in my life due to cancer, it meant a lot to me to support a local business who has common values. I had been looking for a place to tint the windows of my red 2022 Model 3 Tesla for awhile. It was great I could get both services done at the same time. I had emailed Ryan and he was super prompt and helpful. I have a crazy schedule and he dealt with my multiple requests and schedule changes. Josh helped me pick the right level of tint and walked me through the process. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I picked the 3M Ceramic IR tint ($600). I had to change my pick up date and time several times. Ryan and his team were extremely helpful and accommodating. Their lightening fast responses and call backs, were much appreciated.
