I called Swift and they had a courier at our office within 20 minutes. Natasha was great. She was very patient while we were getting the materials our guys needed organized, even though it took us longer than expected. Natasha got the materials where they needed to go right away, and I was surprised at how little it cost. Personally, I would have been willing to pay 50% more for the kind of awesome service Natasha and the dispatcher at Swift provided us. I'd highly recommend these guys if you want fast, professional courier service.

Dear SwiftX Customer Service,…read more I am formally disputing your conclusion that this package was successfully delivered to me. Your response states that the available evidence includes "delivery signature photos," GPS records, and confirmation from the delivery agent. However, I never signed for this package, nor did I authorize anyone to sign for it on my behalf. Therefore, I need SwiftX to clarify exactly what you mean by "delivery signature." If you are claiming that the recipient signed for the package, please provide: 1. The actual signature record; 2. The name of the person who allegedly signed; 3. The exact date and time the signature was obtained; 4. The location where the signature was obtained; 5. The complete Proof of Delivery record associated with the shipment. A delivery photograph, GPS coordinate, or a driver's confirmation does not establish that I personally received the package or signed for it. If no recipient signature exists and the package was instead left unattended, please confirm this explicitly in writing. I also request that SwiftX preserve all records relating to this delivery, including the driver's delivery records, GPS data, photographs, signature records, scan records, timestamps, and any internal investigation notes, as this matter remains formally disputed. Please do not simply repeat that the tracking status shows "delivered." That is not the issue I am disputing. The issue is whether the package was actually received by me or an authorized recipient. I did not sign for this package and I did not receive it. Please provide the actual evidence supporting your assertion that I personally accepted the shipment.
