I felt as though my family memeber's concerns were being properly addressed, and they were extremely thorough and informative when answering any questions or responding to concerns. A special shout-out to the gentleman who was formerly an EMT (a bald, bearded man wearing blue Hoka's) who helped us with discharge! He was really funny and talkative. Front desk was always welcoming when we came to visit and left. My mom's road to recovery was a positive experience here with the quality of care from all of the staff - literally every single staff member she came in contact with up until the day she was discharged. They really worked with her and were there for her at every corner and I appreciated that more than anything - especially the days we couldn't be there.

I have multiple family members who have had procedures done here, so I'm sure the doctors do a fine job. My issue isn't with the doctors - it's with the front office staff. The inability to get a singular paper filled out and signed and returned in an appropriate time is actually ridiculous. To tell me to go over to the LASIK department when not a single soul was there and then lie to my face about a doctor being gone and JUST conveniently returning from his vacation on a Thursday before Labor Day weekend is actually insane for a lead supervisor. To send a "completed form" back where words were inadequately covered by white out tape and the doctor's name being misspelled is quite frustrating. For me to return and explain that I need this form filled out and told "we'll get it to you by the end of the day" just to not get it by the end of the day is wild. For me to have to come back after Labor Day and get scoffed at as I walked in to inquire about a form that should've taken no more than a week to be completed and returned, I was already out of patience with the lead supervisor and the staff. She told me "the person in charge of these special paperwork was not in office on Friday." She said "the doctor isn't at this office today." I ended up driving to the Southlake location where the doctor was working in order to get a signature for a simple form that needed to be turned in ASAP on my end but it got dragged out since August 15th when the form was first given to KE-Arlington. I wasted so much time over a form that should've taken 2 minutes to fill out and 2 seconds for the overseeing doctor to sign. Something that should've been returned within the day, or at the very least by the end of the week when the form was given. Now their staff probably thinks I'm a difficult and crazy person, but in reality, they pushed me to become this nasty person.

Upon checking in for our appointment, we were asked for ID. We provided an expired Driver License and copy of the Insurance Card. Without regard for the disabled senior I was bringing to the doctor, we were told the appointment would have to be rescheduled. They would not permit me to bring ID later, nor would they accept a SS card as ID or any other documents we had. No prior instruction was given to bring any ID with us. And they were inflexible and rude about enforcing their decision. After going there for many years, I will no longer recommend them.

Next issue was addressed by Dr Even. He has a great group, can't speak highly enough about both Dr Even and his PA Ambrosia. Amazing team. Couple years and I'm back with a hip replacement. Once again, Dr Seroyer does an outstanding job. Back on my feet in 2 weeks. Another 2 years roll by and again I need to see Dr Even. Had to have another fusion and they found a small cyst in L3. After recuperating I was good as new. My latest adventure was another spine issue and Dr Even and his team were just as professional as they were the other 2 times. Still recuperating from the last one. Over my 10 years experience, The Surgery skills and desire to get you up and going again are the best there is. As with all offices, changes have been made and sadly not all for the better. Thankfully, the team of Dr Even and Ambrosia are still intact and I would call them again tomorrow if my back needs work. If my other knee and hip need work, Dr Seroyer will get the call. There are issues getting to see the Drs due to schedules and as such, appointments are given to the doctors PA. Thank goodness Dr Even has an excellent PA with Ambrosia. Never worry about visit with them. They are the Best Drs around. That's the reason the PROs use Dr Meister, Dr Seroyer and Dr Even and I fully understand wht.

Dr. Nguyen is awesome!! I had to make a decision due to cancer. I received a bilateral…read moremastectomy; that was followed up by reconstruction. Dr. Nguyen completed my reconstruction. I spoke to another plastic surgeon before I had a consultation with Dr. Nguyen. Both surgeons were nice and not pushy, but Dr. Nguyen from the very first visit did a few things different that stood out. I will not name them all but one of the BIG reasons that I thought was basic was he measured me! The other doctor never measured me and the other doctor's office said that is because he will measure me at the time of surgery. Dr. Nguyen measured me from the start, did the math and let me know from the beginning what he could and couldn't do AND he measured me again before I was rolled in the operating room. I'm going through recovery now I'm 2 weeks post op and I'm still impressed by Dr. Nguyen's professionalism, compassion, and patience. BTW he will answer all your questions. I was very impressed!

I have been a regular customer of this hospital due to multiple issues over the years. I liked to…read moreuse the same hospital because they have my medical records. On my last visit, I dealt with a cold, awkward ER physician who leaned on the wall cornered with the door while I lay in bed facing the opposite direction of the room, I twisted my neck to talk to him, no, I don't have a very contagious disease. I was told to visit other hospital as I couldn't get any care on this one. I had excruciating pain in my mouth due to a cracked tooth. I was left there for an hour without care. I asked the nurse what was happening next and was told to go back in the room because they were busy. It did not appear busy with a lot of activity when I arrived, so I decided to leave to find ice at 7-11 to apply to my face. They attempted to charge me, my private insurance and the VA for "staying in the room". I will not continue to visit this hospital in the future, I don't recommend anyone to do so. Avoid an awful experience when dealing with an emergency, no need to be dismissed and mistreated; they totally lack empathy. It wouldn't surprise me they roll their eyes up when a patient arrived. I spoke to a representative to express my dissatisfaction, but I am yet to receive an apology for the way I was not treated.
