Super professional people that work here that are also great at their job. My Jeep was rear ended not too long ago and although I have a main shop that I like to go to for repairs and maintenance, I chose to come here due to an in network insurance claim. Very happy that I came here and they did an excellent job. My rear bumper was caved in, metal frame ended up being pretty damaged too based on their assessment and I wasn't sure how it would come out. The repairs only took a little over a week, they cleaned the car interior and exterior. Very nice job cleaning also. The receptionist was also very polite and knowledgeable. My insurance recommended I came here to get some work done on my car & I am so happy they did. From the moment I called to make the appointment to when I picked up my car two weeks later, the staff was amazing. Mike, the repairman, updated me every step of the way, even calling to check in when it took a couple of days longer than quoted (I needed paint work done & it was raining all week, delaying the process). He was so friendly & informative, I knew I was in good hands the whole time. When I dropped off my car & picked it up, I was helped by two different front desk personnel, who were both beyond considerate and courteous. And my car looked amazing, just like new. I had an issue with my rental car & they were nice enough to suggest that they drop the car off for me at the rental place, just so I didn't have to deal with the agency again. I recently moved to NJ and have had a hard time getting used to our pretty narrow driveway. I was referred to JPS Collision by my insurance company after I miscalculated getting into my driveway and smashed my right passenger door. I asked my daughter to drop off my car for the repair. She encountered no problems and my car was ready for pick-up within a few days. However, since everyone in my family works and everyone gets in late, my car stayed a couple of days after it was done until my daughter was able to pick it up for me. The day she did, I arrived home from work and found my car looking like new! JPS Collision did an excellent job with my car and everything went smoothly. I don't understand the handful of negative reviews. Every phone call I had with people at this location was professional and pleasant. We have three cars in my family. This is now going to be our "go to" place whenever the need arises. read more

Went to JPS Collision because they were a Geico Xpress Service provider or something. Basically going there allowed me to get my claim assessed, drop of my car, and get a rental all at one spot. I was worried that as a result their prices wouldn't be competitive but they actually charged about the same (a few dollars less actually) than another shop I went to that was highly reviewed on Yelp. Service was good and I got my car in one and a half days so it was fast too. Everything was easy. They do charge a credit card fee (3% I think, don't quite remember) so you may want to pay with debit card or cash. read more

UPDATE - They claimed to have changed the windshield wipers, but they stopped working again about a week later while it was pouring rain again. They really endangered our lives by lying about fixing it. AND they charged us $325 for doing absolutely nothing. After talking to another mechanic, they told us that JPS collision never repaired anything or switched anything. Horrible people and shame on them for putting our lives in danger and lying. read more

I was rear ended by someone and was referred here by their insurance. I was nervous since I had never been thru this b4. I dropped off my car and received my rental car on site which really saved me a headache. I received a text saying that my car would be ready on Monday but instead was called a few days early and told my car was ready. I went to get my car and almost cried. I swear my car looked like the day I purchased it off the lot. You cannot tell that I was ever rear ended. U guys did a great job! They even gave me a printout of everything that was done every part that was purchased everything! This can be normal idk but it made me feel really good like I know wat was done to my baby(car) in my absence. They also cleaned the interior of my car which they did not have to do. But the bad reviews on here I really do not understand. Everyone was very nice. Thanx again guys! read more

We went here for extensive body work after our car accident because it was on the list for Geico service centers. We thought of going elsewhere, but George, Jamie, and the rest of the staff were nice and courteous, we just decided to leave our car there. Great work, you can't even tell that the car was in an accident. No problems at all. Even when we realized that the rim on the rear tire was not changed, they took it and changed it within 30 minutes. Great guys, would definitely recommend. read more

This review is long overdue! But I just want to say that everyone from Sal, to Jamie, to George, did exemplary service and made magic happen for me. I got into a car accident while connected and logged into Uber (WITH a passenger, which I was in no fault for). And Uber's insurance company, James River, did the slowest job at processing my claim, did not communicate in a timely manner with me or JPS, and tried to cut me short in lost wages.... All over the course of 2 months! It should have never taken that long for them to estimate my damages and process my claim so I could get my car fixed. No fault of JPS at all... And once they received the green light from James River, they ordered parts after accessing my total damages. James River gave them a little pushback on what needed to be fixed and paid for, but JPS stood up for my claim, and told them EXACTLY what was needed, why, and gave them "receipts." But this is not the part that satisfied me the most to give them 5 stars. It's the fact that I went out of the country for a month while my car was in the shop, and JPS still kept in contact with me to let me know how everything was going and took absolute care of my car while I was gone. When I returned to the states, I planned to pick up my car after work. I'm new to NY and Jersey so I don't quite know how to use public transportation EVERYWHERE! So, least to say, it took me a while figuring out how to get from Queens to Newark in time to pick up my car before JPS closed. So after taking train after train and finally in an Uber on my way to pick up my car, I reached JPS minutes after they had already closed. Nonetheless, George caught me outside and I told him what happened. He asked me what car was mine. He then tells me to wait and goes to pull my car out and Sal had my papers ready and waiting. I was so relieved, because I hated to think how I was going to get to work the next day without my car knowing it just took me a few hours earlier to travel to Jersey! I highly appreciate the work they did, my car felt brand new and they even cleaned it inside and out! I literally almost shed a tear when George gave me the keys. I have come to this shop for many years as I am very picky about my car. Most of the repairs were small dents but one was major including motor repair. All work was perfect, paint, motor repair, I drove that car for two years or more and never had any problems. Jamie at the reception desk and Jorge the owner always treat you as if they are happy to hear from you no matter how busy! I would not consider any place else for collision repair! read more

This Auto body shop is in a convenient location and also has an Enterprise Rental. I was most satisfied with the work done to my car and would have given it four stars were it not for the shady way they forced me to pay in cash. I attempted to use my AMEX and it was declined twice and I knew that couldn't be possible but was mortified non the less. I used my debit card inside. At home I called my credit card company who stated they would have called me if they thought the charge was fraud and the card should have been accepted. They attempted transaction did not even show up under recent transactions. According to her, the JPS representative never attempted to run my card and declined it from his point of sale. My AMEX representative went on to explain that car repair shops often do this as a way to prohibit costumes from stopping payments should they not be satisfied with the work. Suffice it to say I wish they would have been upfront with preferring cash instead of deliberately declining my card. read more

From start to finish what an experience. I could not believe it was the same car. They kept me informed and did an excellent job.

They do good jobs on repairs but however they mess up your vehicle by switching things out ! I own a 2015 Chevy camaro WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IT WAS BRAND NEW ! I took my car here because my insurance which also sucks sent me here to get my body fixed on the car. Two days later my alternator went. It was so bad it kept draining my battery. I called them explaining an alternator because weather or not I'm a female I know about cars! And with these newer cars it would of gave me a signal of some sort before it got THAT BAD !!!!!!! &&&&&&& I also took the car to my Mechanic which is CHEVROLET! And they told me the alternator was tempered with !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you go here I REPEAT check everything on your car before and AFTER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And have them lift the car because they will mess with your vehicle if they think you don't know about cars! My car only has 51,000 miles btw. read more

had a little fender bender and JPS Collision did an amazing job on the repairs, I was so worried about my vehicle while dropping it off but they wasted no time and got it done in a timely manner, will say I was almost brought to tears when I got it back... is there a better word than perfect? they even did a little clean up on the interior of the car (which they didn't need to do considering all the work was on the exterior) it was an awesome surprise. will definitely rock those plate frames they installed adverting their business ;) read more
