While trying to live with my friends to Atlanta, we needed a quick spot for breakfast and coffee.This place exceeded our expectations. It is a point little coffee bar with delicious breakfast sandwiches, customized coffee cakes, nice little extras including fresh fruit. The service was quick and friendly, and the owner knew everyone who came in by name. The place was extremely cute, and it was like having breakfast in your great grandmother's background filled with beautiful antics. Everything was quick and fresh. Literally just left this spot, it's super cute inside and they have a lot of options for food and drinks. I guess I just picked the wrong drink. I got the chai latte with an espresso shot and oat milk. First try it's super watery and barely any flavor, probably one of the worst chai lattes I've had. I even asked the girl in front if it was good, she said yes. I would have gone back in and let them know but was in a rush to the airport. I can't say enough good things about this little hidden gem of a restaurant. The food was nothing short of amazing and the atmosphere was one part coffee shop one part Americana museum. It was a cloudy morning so we opted to sit at one of the many bars inside but the outside sitting area was equally inviting: set up in a potted urban garden. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable and obviously enjoyed what she was doing. Her enthusiasm was positively contagious. If we lived in the area I'd be there on a regular basis - but alas! Packed in a super cute box with a fruit cup. When I opened it I felt like mom packed lunch for me My latte did the trick for the drive ahead and the staff is super accommodating! I'm currently not eating sugar and they had a good selection of sugar free syrups and unsweetened nut milks. The workers there were so nice and helpful! And we happened to go on their 2nd anniversary so I got a discount on my coffee~ The lady (owner?) that was there was so friendly and easy to talk to. The decor and ambience of this shop is very eclectic and unique. They also have interesting options for vegans. We ordered an acai bowl and coffee. Acai bowl was loaded with healthy ingredients and some chocolates sauce. However, the ingredients were not combining into a tasty dish. Coffee was cold and despite reheating it still was not hot. I was looking for a breakfast spot and I found this place on Yelp and I'm glad I did. It's like an elevated coffee shop. They are located in a plaza across the street from the Porsche Plant. Great location (right off the interstate). They have a large parking lot (free parking) that is shared with other businesses in the plaza. Once you walk in the ambiance is fun and busy. It's a-lot of memorabilia on the walls and hanging from the ceiling. You order first then find a place to sit. I ordered a chai tea, latte,and avocado toast, with a side of butternut squash soup. After ordering I found a place to sit and waited for my food. My food came out fast and hot. The avocado toast had a great taste and the butternut squash, melted in my mouth. The chai tea had a mix of pumpkin spice and vanilla. The service I receive was amazing and the baristas made great recommendations. What I love most about this spot is it's a local owned business, close to my house with good coffee and good food at a reasonable price. The atmosphere kind of has a boutique vibe. The prices aren't going to kill your wallet. The food is fresh and you don't have to wait in line forever like a lot of places! I also love supporting this business because it's a locally owned small business. I pop in every once in a while to chat with friends over a hot breakfast and a coffee. This place stopped me from being Depresso. On a Saturday, I had already attempted to place a brunch order at flying biscuit and they put me on hold and never picked up. I tried to place an order at Cafe Lucia and they told me they only had ONE egg! Happened to see the OPEN sign on this place even though Yelp had said they were closed on saturdays- luckily they are open Saturday's from 9am to 3pm!
