Found several outfits to do painting or powder coating and best comms came from Finish Logic so went w/ them. Dropped off the wheels and had a new set of tires drop-shipped to them. I was anxious during the short wait... da Work: After getting a look at my wheels and stripping it down to bare metal, they noticed a dent and small crack on one of the wheels and gave me the options w/ clear info. They suggested sourcing another wheel and that they would wait on it or they could do a dent & crack repair and roll the dice that it balances. Should've listened to them; that wheel couldn't balance. When I went to get an alignment and re-balance the tires, they confirmed an issue with one wheel, showing a little wobble at 80mph. da Service: Great comms from start to finish, quick turn-around, and quality work. I'll be getting back with them to do a replacement rim for sure, wanna make sure it matches. Use these folks!!

From my first interaction over the phone with Ben I felt confident and comfortable he would be able…read moreto get my wheels powdered coated, Ben is a super nice guy very informative and extremely easy to work with no hassle just straight forward genuine and true to his word it was $650 to powder coat my wheels he partners up with 5star auto in San Carlos to remove the tiers and mount the tiers back on in order for him to powder coat them turn around time was as promised and I had my car the next day by the end of the day, my only gripe was with 5 star auto which is no fault of Ben or his services but the guys left my steering wheel dirty and greasy which I also noticed on my paint I was able to get it all off but they should be more cautious of it aside from that my tire sensor is on. But again this is no fault of Ben, Ben did an amazing job on my wheels I even had some curb rash damage and it seems like he went above and beyond to correct it because I can't feel the damage anymore on the wheel not sure if he uses some sort of filler before coating but man the wheels look AMAZING!!! Left numerous messages with no call back or E-mails. After 1 week of waiting for a call from Rich and not being able to reach him by phone, I drove back to High Lustre Chrome on April 6, 2026 and picked up the bumper. Over three hours and waster fuel. I go to the entrance, there's an open sign but the door is locked and you have to call a number for someone to let you in. I call the number it goes to voice mail.. I wait a few minutes call again, and an autmated messsage comes on asking to leave my name, number and what I needed.. I wait and then someone calls my phone and asks what I needed. I explained I need parts chromed so they ask me to bank on the door and someone will come. I bang on the door for 5 min. then some old dude comes out, I show him a bag of nuts n bolts I needed for chroming and he says his estimator won't be in until next week. He then states to leave the parts and the estimator will take a look and they will give me a tag. Considering I drove an hour out, I definitely was not going leave the parts if I wasn't happy with the estimate, that means I would have to drive out there and back home again... no thanks... Since I haven't seen the quality of work, I'm basing this review off "Customer Service" which sucks... I felt like this place was Fort Knox and you needed a secret squirrel hand shake and a magic password to get in.. Why is this place so guarded? Crazy baby mama? Psycho ex wife?
