After experiencing some respiratory symptoms about a month ago, I decided to switch to washing our dishes by hand while we waited for our landlord to provide a resolution. His suggestion after almost month was to sanitize the dishwasher, but we recognized that this would only maintain the machine and not effectively eliminate the buildup. We were able to get an appointment scheduled for 3 days out with less than 30 minutes of interaction via text message. Our appointment was this morning and Jeremy texted me when he was 30 minutes out. He was communicative, prompt, and efficient. He was able to remove the dishwasher door and identify the area that was discharging this mysterious substance. He steam cleaned the area, tested the function of the dishwasher, and put the door back on. His rate was extremely fair and we will be certain to continue to call him for any appliance issues!
