Last week I parked in a spot with no tow signs. Apparently they were put up less than a week ago…read moreand I didn't see them. Fine, but in the 45 minutes I was away from my vehicle, it and 5 others got towed. $298.30 later I find out my headlight has been detached from my car. Broken, in fact. Which I don't understand because it was working perfectly when I got to my destination. (I also just had a tune up, oil change, and a nice look over of my vehicle to fix any little issues a week ago). The light was tucked up in the engine. I couldn't exactly stop because the person who gave me a ride informed me I was in a really terrible part of town and he insisted on staying with me until I had driven away. Turns out the light now has holes burnt into it from sitting wherever the tow truck guys decided to leave it. It was smoking away by the time I got to it. Thanks for adding more hassle to my towing experience. Care to pay for the damages you caused seeing as how you made a good $1800 off of us tonight? It would be the right thing to do, which is a rare opportunity in your business.
