What a wonderful place. After getting the run-around from SearsPartsDirect for several days and…read morelosing ALL the food in my fridge as a result of Sear's neglect, I called and spoke with Eddie @ Appliance Parts Plus. I told him of my situation and that I needed to find a part right away that I could pick up locally. He was honest enough to tell me, he didn't have the part in stock; and took it a step further by searching and finding the part at a competitor, and referred me to them. If that's not a stand-up, genuine, kind thing to do, I don't know what is! I will forever, go to Appliance Parts Plus in the future... where Plus must also stand for, wonderful, caring staff. Regardless of the outcome, Thank you Eddie! I'll be back! Naomi K.

Washing Machine stopped midstream and wouldn't drain or turn. So I went to Yelp and put in a repair quote for my appliance guy Pete who I've used several times with outstanding service. He immediately replied that he was closed because of Covid 19. But I also received an immediate response from Billy of Island Appliance who said Connie was in the office and to giver her a call to set up an Appt. So I did. Connie indeed was in the office at 9pm and said her technician was out on a call in Huntington. She contacted him and got back to me within 10 mins. He gave me the choice of coming by after he finished the Huntington job or tomorrow. In this crazy times of Covid 19 I was able to get immediate service. He or should I say they SHOWED UP AT 11:30pm?! YES that's exactly what I said!! 11:30pm! Appliance angels! He had the parts (Drain Pump & bearings) & fixed my washer promptly. Not sure but I think it was his son with him. He was teaching while fixing. Both were Very friendly. This truly meant the world to me because fortunately both me & my son are still working so we need to be able to wash our things in the short span of time that we are home. Being without it would've been a hardship. Thank you Billy & Connie for your stupendous workmanship & prompt, clean & courteous service! Much appreciated! 4-4-20
