They basically made holes in the wall and shoved the wires in. It was a fire hazard that could have caused harm or death to the customer/family. We hired Even Flow for a previous job and were amazed by the quality of work and great customer service. We knew that we could rely on Even Flow to look at the problem and provide a solution. Eric came out and explained in great detail the many findings of the bad installation. He then laid out a way forward along with an itemized invoice. I appreciate there were no hidden fees at the end of the job. The job took a few hours to complete and the team was very thorough in answering my many, many questions. During the repair, they had shoe covers, brought their own vacuum, and cleaned up afterward. The tools used were put away afterward and overall kept the workspace tidy. They also called 30 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. The van is easily marked - a great way to advertise but also easy to identify them upon arrival.

The other didn't want to replace my water heater when it gave out so I paid $2000 out of pocket to replace it and they only wanted to compensate me by giving me 2 months free service (which was about $60 worth, nowhere close to the $2000 I had to pay out of pocket). I had no idea why I would pay for a home warranty with them when they wouldn't even replace one of my major components (and no, I wasn't in the 'probation' period where the water heater was already needing replacement right when I got the coverage). CTI, isn't necessarily a 'home warranty' service but rather a 'home maintenance' service where they come out and service all my major home components quarterly and if something breaks down that they cannot repair, they replace it for a $50 deductible, no questions asked!
