This place is an absolute scam. I brought my car here for repairs and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any mechanic. They demonstrated almost no actual mechanical knowledge -- maybe they do body work, but real repairs? Not at all.
Two men told me they "didn't know how" to insert a key into the trunk to open it, which already made me question their credibility. Things got worse from there.
Several items were stolen out of my vehicle, including my Apple Watch, AirPods Max, and a computer monitor. When I confronted them, they denied everything and pretended they had no idea what I was talking about.
They also claimed my tow company had cut my driver seatbelt -- which is impossible, considering I watched the tow company load my inoperable car without ever entering it. Later, the mechanic attempted to "fix" the seatbelt and ended up disassembling it even further.
They pressured me for money upfront to "order parts," even though you normally don't pay until work is completed. I paid because they insisted they would work with me. When I went to pick up my car after they claimed it was done, my car suddenly had transmission issues that it never had before. I specifically asked them to check major components of the car for damage, and they told me everything was fine.
After repeatedly calling, the mechanic, Jairo Perez, barely wanted to answer my calls and kept my car an extra two days, doing nothing useful. I ultimately had to take my car to a legitimate repair shop -- where they confirmed that none of the work Jairo claimed to have done was actually completed.
This place is unprofessional, dishonest, and should not be trusted with anyone's vehicle. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop at all costs.
