We just completed a total remodel on our 20 year old kitchen. Chris from CCC was a gem to work with…read moreand made our decision very easy. Painting the existing cabinets was not an option, it was 1/3 the cost but did not come with all the bells and whistles, Crown Molding, Lighting molding, kick plates, new hardware and all of the accessories. Owning a painting franchise for 15 years I also was well aware that painting only deferred the project for a few years (which some customer want) but did not hold up much more than 3 to 5 years. Buying factory cabinets was not an option either for the reasons above and when you add the extras the decision was easy go custom. Chris was amazing to work with, of all the people we have had work on our home over the years he is the most detailed. Once the new cabinets came in they fit like a glove because he measured three/four time. The quality is very high as he does not take short cuts when it comes to materials or installation. Our granite and time contractors were impressed how square everything was and how detailed the installation was. If your planning a kitchen remodel do yourself a favor and give Chris a call, once all of the bills are in, you will find he is very competetive and you will be amazed with the quality.

In fact, when our granite was installed they commented that it was perfect and not a single shim was needed. We couldn't be happier with our cabinets; they are built like tanks with top notch drawers, hinges and hardware. We would recommend Chris and his team to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen.

They did an excellent job on flooring, tiling and putting in our shower. Then they painted. In the…read moreprocess of painting, they managed to crack and scratch the medicine cabinet, install it cooked, TWICE. It's still crooked. Now that it's crooked, the door now hits the shower door which is really annoying. The toilet paper hardware is not only crooked, it's loose!! They left paint and plaster all in our front yard, on the tile they had just layed, and did not clean up after themselves. It look a week for thr paint process to happen, which i feel was in reverse order of installation. Gave us a 10% but I still have to live with Crooked, broken, scratched, dirty things in my bathroom. Do not recommend.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Christian and Kris from Sunray Cabinet Coatings! We have a 1990's home, and the…read morecabinets looked very dated and dingy. Their team replaced and painted new doors/drawer facings, along with the cabinet boxes. We looked at alternative options of ripping out and replacing all the cabinetry, but the project would have been at least 5 times more expensive. In addition, the alternative meant we would be out of a kitchen for a minimum of 8-10 months which was a "no go" given we were still living in the house. Kris and Christian were very reasonable and professional. I appreciated how detailed they were and never stopped until everything looked just right. They were great about communicating any challenges we ran into (which happens when you're remodeling an older home) and also presenting solutions/options. They not only were great "teammates" in this whole process, but they helped to literally transform our kitchen! Neighbors and friends were amazed at the transformation and didn't recognize the kitchen at all! We would not hesitate to recommend Sunray to anyone and will DEFINITELY be calling them again!! 5+ STARS!!!

hate leaving negative reviews, but after 4 months into a renovation that I was originally told…read morewould take approximately 6 weeks, I feel obligated to share my experience. I used a contractor recommended by Total Floors from their "trusted vendor" list for a kitchen and two bathroom renovation. Unfortunately, almost nothing has gone according to plan. First, tile for multiple rooms was ordered incorrectly, causing major delays while replacement material was reordered. In one shower, the tile that was supposed to be 2" x 9" arrived measuring 2" x 9 1/8". That small difference became a major issue because half of the tile was the correct size and half was not. Instead of replacing the flawed batch, I was told to "adjust the design" to hide the inconsistency -- despite paying full price for the product. The cabinet situation has been even worse. I paid the recommended contractor to measure my kitchen cabinets, then hired him for the renovation. Months later, I had to hire a new contractor to completely rehang the cabinets because they were improperly installed, uneven, lacked adequate support, and did not line up correctly. On top of that, several cabinets were measured incorrectly and do not fit the space properly, leaving me with unusable cabinets and an unfinished kitchen. What has been most disappointing is the lack of customer service afterward. I have repeatedly called, emailed, and texted trying to find a solution regarding the cabinet issues, but I receive little to no response. Unless something changes significantly, I cannot recommend Total Floors or their cabinet/vendor partnerships based on my experience. The amount of stress, delays, mistakes, and lack of communication has been extremely disappointing.
