"Hello, my furniture is damaged" The guy " and" I first expected something like "sorry, how can we work this out?" But again he says take a picture and send it. He calls back and says how about $100 off. My damage was not a small scratch but a big crack where you can see the color difference. Well i already waited for these furnitures but i did not want to wait again. Being frustrated i went to the store, no greet or apology kicks me out of office and gives me a check. The worst when paying for my merchandise and it's not like i caused it. I assume they do not treat you like customer unless you spend couple ten thousands. The guy is just a flat out liar and will do anything to make a sale. Prices surely drop in an effort to get you to make a quick and emotional decision. Questions about the products go answered and then he starts talking in Korean to a woman in the store. Obviously he knew we don't speak Korean so he was hiding something but who knows what. When you don't buy he literally throws a tantrum. He just kept saying he's giving us a good price. We saw him throw out a couple who was in the store complaining about a delivered item that came in heavily damaged from what I heard and offered them $100. When they refused he went crazy and said he was calling the police for some odd reason. They luckily got a check and left. When we asked who the owner was and wanted to speak with someone else at the corporate office he doesn't know who owns the place. Everything about this place is shady, shady, shady. Needless to say we left and went to a real store on Route 17. Avoid this place or you'll be sorry. My guess is they have their own people posting good reviews because it's impossible that this Jin character or the mysterious owner of this place could care about a customer after they vacuum your wallet.

The prices are decent, but little higher compared to dollar store items, probably because these are imported goods. The aisles are tiny. Need to walk carefully, especially in the ceramics area. It's mostly tidy. Different sections of the stores have associates helping customers. The checkout line was long for us. Took us few minutes to get to the register. They also charge additional fees for credit card that is posted right in front of the checkout counter.

Once I went to pick up the items it all came together. She massacred my frames, there was no protective glass and she LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING!!! She was combative, rude and inappropriate when addressing me, to the point where I just walked out as I couldn't be as ignorant as she was, not possible to out speak her or to get a word in, SHE KNOWS BEST, NOT!!! So sad how an old person like her makes a dishonest living with her husband Ed (who unfortunately for him seams like a nice guy). I am disgusted and humiliated by this pathological old liar and a con artists who tried conning me for almost $1000 as a repeat client for very cheep and inexpensive frames. The world has certainly hit rock bottom when and old lady like Susan decided that dishonesty with valued clients is a better policy for her and her business. Keep the ruined artwork Susan and your $940 frames it is your loss rather than mine. Shame on you madam, shame on you for all of your poor and ignorant decisions towards me your repeat and humble client and for trying to extort me for additional $400.00 when all was agreed prior. I do not and cannot EVER recommend such a dishonest person, a downright arrogant crook and her business to my worst enemy never the less hard working and honest people! I will contact the Better Business Bureau next and The Department of Consumer Affairs and I promise you Ms. Susan I am just beginning to expose your dishonest services!
