This is the first location of The Seed that I've been to, so I'm not sure how other locations compare, but this one was pretty small in general with limited seating inside. Luckily my fiancé and I got there while it was empty, so we were able to choose two of the four bar seats along the wall across from the counter. I had a latte with almond milk and house-made lavender syrup, and we each had a classic croissant sandwich. Latte with house-made lavender syrup: I really enjoyed this. My fiancé described this as a "mix of coffee and tea", which I think was fitting. The lavender syrup sweetened the coffee with light floral notes and the latte was a great balance between herbal, floral, and creamy overall. Classic croissant sandwich: The egg patty was pretty thick, I'd say just under a 1/2" thick. It was packed with bacon and cheese, and the sandwich was toasted the way I liked. The croissant was buttery and flakey, and overall I enjoyed the sandwich. There wasn't anything unique about the sandwich though, it was just a solid breakfast croissant sandwich that was made well. No special sauces or other ingredients. I guess that's why it's the classic. The staff was nice and pleasant, and our food and drinks were made in a reasonable amount of time. I do think the food and drink were a bit overpriced for what it was (our bill was ~$40 for two sandwiches and two drinks), but they say the ingredients are all locally sourced so I'm assuming that's why. Overall, this was a great experience and I'd certainly choose this The Seed over a larger chain coffee shop. Just know that the dollars can add up quickly here!

The shakes and the juices were great as well. The guacamole was made fresh and it was perfectly seasoned, my family and I could have had another bowl of it. And the restaurant was cozy and comfortable for small groups inside and there are a few tables outside to sit as well. I can't wait to return to Whole Green Cafe! There is also a countertop with high top chairs facing the window in the front. The ordering counter is huge! There are so many options for acai bowls- and it is so nice to be able to select the base, the blends, and the fruit on top - or select from one of their many pre-ordained options. My children ordered their own custom blends- 1 was a hit and the other not so much, but the employees were kind, helpful, and super quick! Thank you!

Also very good is their deli department. They have a tremendous selection of cheeses, cold cuts, all kinds of cured meats, great olives, etc. I absolutely love it. You can pair your deli purchases with some of their fresh breads and have a really nice charcuterie spread. I do this pretty often for my kids for their after school snack and they love it. I haven't yet tried the hot bar or prepared meals but they seem to be a huge hit with customers. Every time I stop in there's a big line for whatever it is they're serving. I just find the wait to be a little bit of a turn off so I don't bother. But one day if there's no line, I will check it out. Overall this place is great for fresh produce, deli items and more. I love the fact that with any combination they have available you can always add additional product items no additional charge. The "Little Havana" is my favorite for a smoothie regular size (16oz) and Juice it's around $22 dollars roughly. Planet juice does have a rewards system where they give you a little stamp for every juice, smoothie, bowl, sandwich you buy. After 8 stamps you get a free item off the menu. I strongly dislike that they don't promote it or ask if you have a rewards card because at times I forget my card to stamp at home.
