There's a large variety of beverages including wine and beer and ice tea, etc. there were only 3 trucks open whenever we went which were Thai, tacos And BBQ. They have a stage for live music and are looking for musicians to play. They have two large televisions to watch sports. There's also several large handmade games like connect 4, corn hole, etc. Beware that apparently their hours vary but thankfully they were open whenever we went. It was fun being able to try all 3 of the food trucks and sample everything. Their one main problem to me are the flies so not sure how they can try to get rid of those. We might bring our bug zapper next time hahaha- that was the most annoying thing about eating here. Also, you can watch the train pass because of its location which kids enjoy. The prices of the taco stand are high for the amount of food you get: Didnt come with sides or anything and definitely wouldn't be full after one taco. I would suggest them to change that. It is a trailer with a smoker in the back and food prep room in the front, flying the US and Texas flags. I tried the three meat plate with brisket, ribs, and pulled pork. For the sides, they were out of potato salad so I had the beans and coleslaw. The meats are clearly cooked low and slow because they fell apart with a spoon. The only real negative with the meat was that the rub was too salty. The sides were good, but the meats were better. The bbq sauce on the side was excellent, with a peppery flavor. As long as Norm's Smokewagon is in Bryan it's going to be playing second fiddle to Fargo's, but if Norm's sets up shop in College Station then it will be the best BBQ in CS.
