It is a trailer with a smoker in the back and food prep room in the front, flying the US and Texas flags. I tried the three meat plate with brisket, ribs, and pulled pork. For the sides, they were out of potato salad so I had the beans and coleslaw. The meats are clearly cooked low and slow because they fell apart with a spoon. The only real negative with the meat was that the rub was too salty. The sides were good, but the meats were better. The bbq sauce on the side was excellent, with a peppery flavor. As long as Norm's Smokewagon is in Bryan it's going to be playing second fiddle to Fargo's, but if Norm's sets up shop in College Station then it will be the best BBQ in CS.
