    Briar Queen size sleeper sofa in royal sage

    I had such a great experience with Joybird that not only did I end up buying a couch on my first visit, I already went back and purchased a second couch! I came in about a 6 weeks ago for the first time just to look, not really wanting help. I was immediately greeted by Kevin, the assistant store manager and he was so friendly and helpful, without being pushy that I immediately started asking him lots of questions. I was moving into a new home and he looked at pictures of the space and my vintage rug and helped me pick the perfect couch for my space and lifestyle. He helped me with the material the color and the style, with a very keen eye for design and helped me build a beautiful living room space. My couch already came (a couple weeks early) and it's so beautiful and comfortable and the delivery was super professional. Kevin had been following up with me the entire time to make sure I had the very best experience. I had such a good experience that I came in again and splurged on another sleeper sofa for my den/guest room! With the sale going on and the ability to customize my piece down to every last detail, i felt like it was definitely worth the price compared to shopping elsewhere. Amazing customer service, super knowledgeable and professional, and the quality of the product is even better in person than online! The Joybird showroom is a must visit if you are creating a beautiful space on your home! 11 out of 10 experience start to finish!

    I really appreciate the customer service at this place. Rosalie was welcoming and did not pressure me. I felt very comfortable and not overwhelmed to purchase something right away. She was a balance of attention and providing space. There are also additional staff members around if needed, but I was very pleased with Rosalie. I think for the price you're getting good quality and reasonable material. They do have a variety of selections and fabrics to meet anyone's needs

    There are puckers all over the place and the couch cushions roll to the middle.

    In Regards to Your Order J-553900. Possibly going to the actual store where you can see and feel the couch is better than ordering online. This couch is so uncomfortable and hard. It smelled bad as well. The armrests feel like outdoor furniture. They were a month late delivering and did not cancel a missed call. When I went to complain on their website, they said I did not have an order number. They also have a customer service line that will tell you anything and then ask you to review Joybird. And it is going to cost me a pretty penny to return it.o When I ordered the couch, I spoke directly to Joybird in Chicago. I should not have to pay a restocking fee or a delivery fee. I waited so long for the couch to get here and I would keep the couch if it were not so uncomfortable and it smells so bad.     We bought a nice couch in 2021 for 3k. It was good for about 1/2 year. The the cushions began to slide down constantly. Their is nothing holding them in place. But the most frustrating part is the long end peice. It stretched out and no longer sits flush with the couch. When I reached out to inform them about this I was instructed to "fluff" the couch since sometimes the contents migrate. This couch uses foam, it does not migrate. Nothing they can do. In my opinion do not waste your $$ at this place. The quality is terrible and not worth the $$$ or wait time for the product to arrive . One of the worst purchases my wife and I ever made.

    We purchased a home recently, but never got any new furniture. I've been seeing a lot of ads for Joybird on Facebook and Instagram. Love their mid-century modern look and all of the different color fabrics they offer (some pet friendly as well). We went with a Korver Apartment Sectional in Milo French Blue for the living area and the Selby bed in Cordova Mineral for our bedroom. The Korver Sectional is amazingly comfortable and fits our space so well. We love that it matches our accent chairs and coffee table. It can easily fit 3-4 people comfortably and we love the color. As for our Selby bed, we wanted something with a simple design that included a headboard. This is everything and more! It fits our queen mattress perfectly without a box spring because of the platform. All of our selections was well crafted and amazing! I can't wait to shop Joybird again.

    I was in the market for a new couch and I went into Joybird one afternoon just to see what they had. Working with Rosielee at the Chicago showroom was such a great experience. She helped me pick out the right couch for my space (after a bit of trial and error). I showed her pictures of the rug, and art in my living room and Rosielee showed me some fabrics that I might have completely overlooked (especially for the pillows) - but I'm THRILLED with how it came out. She was a real pleasure to work with - I never felt rushed or pressured into anything and now I have this beautiful and so comfortable centerpiece for my room.

    Stanley was a great resource for fabric and color choices and even my overall of napping on the couch or watching while enjoying my mo coffee. I decided on crave greendry- the photos don't do it justice but the color is perfect! My sectional arrived yesterday and is nap, birdwatching and dog approved. The dog hair did not stick!!! I also spent what I had expected after researching modular sectionals. I'm very happy with my purchase so far.

    My husband was working here while we were in Chicago, so he showed me around the public areas. This…read moreplace is huge. There's about three floors that are similar to a mall with multiple shopping areas and a food court. There is one sit down restaurant that has a huge bar and views over the river. If you're staying at the Holiday Inn downtown or the Voco downtown, there's a convenient walkway over the street so you don't even need to go outside. The food court has a huge variety of quick service restaurants: salads, barbecue, sushi, Chinese, sandwiches, and fried chicken. Multiple restaurants allow you to order food ahead and pick it up so you don't have to wait in long lines. Most of the building is office space so if you're here around 8 or 9 AM, lunchtime, or 4 to 6 PM, it's crazy busy. There are a couple entrances that have those rotating doors. My first morning here I was entering from the street level through one of those and a lady behind me came and pushed the door really fast. It was all I could do to step out the door without having to go around again. She then rushed by me and almost ran up the escalator. She must have been late for work compared to me, a wandering tourist. If you're in the area, check this place out.
