The furikake added that extra bit of umami. Umai! Tap to pay is accepted. It makes me sad to see this place go. Overall, Kashiwagi has some delicious sushi and fish at reasonable prices. It's a small but lovely place with lots of dark wood which makes the place feel special. Service was good, especially for a place that seems to have bare minimum staffing, and everyone looked like they loved what they were eating. Make sure to make a reservation so you guarantee to get in. I'll keep this on my list of places to go when I'm in town.

They need more than one waitress as this one's typical response to questions is 'well I got called in so I'm not sure'. The restaurant is clean and well lit and definitely popular.

If someone has a child that needs to go to the bathroom don't make them promise they need to buy something to use the bathroom. Especially if they don't look like a drug addict. Then if they don't buy anything don't stare them down in the window. That's not a crime to go to the bathroom as a child. Horrible people that work here! read more
