From the time we contacted Joy things went smoothly. Joy listened to what we had to say when we first called her then showed up with a plan that incorporated our ideas with her expertise. Joy used mood boards to help us visualize the plan and updated them frequently with our preferences. Joy took care of all scheduling of contactors and ordering the supplies. She was also easy to contact and really kept us updated during the entire project. I think her fees were a great value and well worth it. She had some really great ideas we would never have thought of. The final product was a wonderful combination of what we were looking for and what really worked. Just top notch work. Joy listened to our ideas about what we were looking for and offered choices without overwhelming us during the process.
