I cannot recommend this highly enough. Our guide, Kelly, had old pictures and knew so much of this history of Old Las Vegas. It was amazing!! He told us where to get affordable water (ABC stores) and why ABC stores (which are Hawaii-based stores) are around, took us through the history of so many hotels and the highlights. We did this in December, so I am sure it is a lot hotter in the summer, but there is a lot of indoor space. I'd still recommend a water bottle. All of us loved learning and he was a great story teller. You go all the way down to Container Park and get some coupons and restaurant tip sheet at the end. You will be on your feet for two hours so wear comfy shoes. But we actually would consider staying down in "old Las Vegas" the next time we come, all because of this tour.

We loved learning the history of Vegas and about the revitalization of downtown since this is where we were staying (and how this happened). We were taken into casinos we otherwise wouldn't have stopped in. Did you know there is an award winning pool in the golden nugget...we didn't. The two hours flew by and our tour guide offered suggestions for local eats. I recommend this tour if you want a bit of a history lesson on how Vegas came to be.

The Junior League of Las Vegas uses this house as its headquarters but it was also their mission to preserve the house as one of their projects. The house is a great example of mid-century modern architecture. Originally, it was located on the golf course of the Desert Inn Country Club Estates on the Sands/Twain side. When Steve Wynn bought the Desert Inn, the houses from the Estates were leveled except for the Morelli house which was able to be moved. It was the only home with a crawl space and thus could be lifted up to be moved. The house was donated to the Junior League. Part of the tour is a video of moving the house on September 30, 2001, and it's quite interesting to see its move to Eastern, down to Fremont, and up 9th to Bridger. The interior contains many things we don't see in houses today. The tile work of the sinks in the bathroom are amazing, and the step down shower in the master bath is amazing. The Junior League women do the tour and it's quite interesting. Thanks to them, this house has survived and with it part of Las Vegas history. For those who don't know, Antonio Morelli was the musical director for the Sands Hotel.

I wish I could give this business zero stars…read more I set up an appointment with this company to take my boyfriend and I on a tour of Vegas and then to the 'Welcome to Las Vegas' sign where I was planning on proposing. The company called me 30 minutes before and said that our Elvis was 'sick' so he wasn't going to be driving our car and they would provide another guide. Our car and driver showed up and at first glance everything was fine but then the guide started talking. Everything that came out of this guys mouth was super awkward and weird. I was expecting an Elvis themed tour of Vegas (which is what is promised on the website) and he told us where all the malls are, where people get into fights on the strip, and about how he wasn't really an Elvis fan. When we passed the Mandalay Bay he went Into detail about the horrible shooting that happened there and then proceeded to tell us how the Welcome to Vegas sign was set-up as a memorial for the victims. Not necessarily what I was going for before proposing to my boyfriend. If the driver wasn't bad enough, the car sent me over the edge. I understand that it is an old car and some wear and tear is normal but if you have to cover the cracks dash with a dirty looking towel then maybe you should repair the car before you take people out in it. We literally stalled in the middle of traffic twice. I can't believe that's them same car they use to marry people and I'm glad I didn't pay them a penny more. I called the company and was promised a refund for my missing Elvis, which still hasn't gone through. I told them about what happened and the woman was totally unhelpful nor was I offered any more of a refund for the bad guide and the condition of the car. Don't waste your money with this company.

From the moment we set off, it was clear that this was far more than a standard sightseeing tour--it was a thoughtfully curated experience that truly fulfilled our minds as much as it delighted our senses. John shared in-depth knowledge about the Valley of Fire's ancient rock formations, many dating back tens of thousands of years, explaining how tectonic movement, erosion, and time shaped the dramatic landscape and its vivid red, orange, and white hues. He also provided meaningful insight into the Native peoples of the region, including how petroglyphs etched into the rocks were used as a form of communication, storytelling, and cultural preservation. In addition to his expertise on the land itself, John was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Las Vegas, seamlessly connecting the Valley of Fire to the city's past--from its early days and regional development to how this ancient landscape influenced the growth of the modern Las Vegas we know today. This broader historical perspective added incredible depth and made the experience feel both educational and enriching. The tour was luxury-leaning and impeccably organized, with a comfortable vehicle, a relaxed pace, and ample time for photos and thoughtful discussion. John's passion, attentiveness, and ability to answer questions in detail made the experience feel personal rather than scripted. If you are looking for a tour that combines breathtaking scenery, cultural significance, and intellectual enrichment, Pink Jeep delivers on every level. John Ferdinand is a truly outstanding guide, and this tour is a must for anyone visiting Las Vegas who wants an experience that is both memorable and mentally fulfilling. Thank YOU John && THANK YOU Pink Jeep for one of the best experiences us locals have had!! Can't wait to book the Grand Canyon, Zion, and the Hoover Dam tours!!!!

The details and explanation of the murals were well presented by our tour guide Paco. He is well versed on the neighborhood. The only improvement recommended is to describe the tour as a Walking Tour. The bus was basically used as transportatation to and from the arts district. My wife is not able to walk the distance and remained in the bus during the tour. For this reason a 4 star rating.

I will say that I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much material they packed into this tour and given that it is almost 3 hours, you really do get a lot of bang for your buck. There is a free parking lot attached and as many will point out this is not in a great part of town so if you are visiting during the night it is best to be driven in and out versus walking in and out. They do not allow photography inside so I only have a few pictures from the beginning of the visit, but I would definitely recommend to anyone because it is a really fun experience and it is also very unique. As mentioned I don't believe in any of these things so it was even fun for a non-believer like myself. Overall, a really fun Vegas activity and I would recommend to anyone, and if you are a believer it is even more of a memorable experience I would imagine.
