Instructors are very experienced with boxing and kick boxing which is the classes I signed up for. They also don't mind helping out if your confused and even with feedback. The members in the class are all at different levels of skill which is great because you get to learn from them. As someone with 8 years of experience with Taekwondo. Boxing was very new and different for me but I had alot of fun there and lastly the workout is great!! Maybe once things calm down with what I have going on I'll return to train here.

The trainers monitor every exercise so that people are doing proper form and are positioned correctly. In the 9 months that I've been here I've had no injuries, and mostly due to them emphasizing proper form and stretching. They pay particular attention to you and your fitness goals, and as experts in their fields, they offer great advice and suggestions to reach your goals faster, whether it be weight loss, muscle gain, endurance, or better nutrition.
