I went to him a few times and would never recommend based on those experiences. He's not at all understanding or professional. His staff is inefficient - on more than two occasions booked appointments on days the doctors weren't scheduled to be there. Jovan was very rude and condescending with no bedside manner. He prescribed me on meds (after I asked for any other alternative) and conveniently failed to mention the primary side effect was seizures. In an emergency situation I called him and asked to come to the office. He said yes. I got there, clearly emotional (crying), and he said he couldn't help and told me to leave - even though on the phone he said he would help and to come in. It was traumatic and thanks to him I've lost so much trust and faith in the medical system. He's clearly in it for the money, has zero interest in treating people, and has no respect for this community. He should feel shame. He should truly be ashamed of himself. read more

I wouldn't go back here if someone paid me. First they need to hire real office staff !! They run around like chickens with their heads cut off. Inefficient, can't multitask, don't know system etc etc The DRs seem to take their clients in order of "I know them so send them first" The female DR answered a phone call in front of me about another patient. Details were discussed they shouldn't have been. Making an appointment seems pointless because your wait is long either way. Rude. Unprofessional. And staff plainly just sucks. I've been coming here from years. Where they where originally on forest now moved to cooper. The front desk receptionist are HIGHLY rude. I've made appointments several times and never been seen when my appointment was made. Do not come here if you don't want to be waiting for more than a hour and a half. The doctor are good however, it seems they need an entire new front desk staff. It's the same people for years so I doubt they'll fire them but they need to be more professional and more organized. Horrible. Rude staff and a 8:45 appointment wasn't seen until 12 :45. I only stayed because I stupidly paid the copay first. Also. In the time of Covid they didn't enforce mask wearing. The slob patient who I was too good for a mask in a waiting room full of elderly painters couldn't be bothered to put his mask on. Even better he is talking to the receptionist without his mask on. They of course could t be bothered to protect their patients. If you go here you will die from whatever illness you need to be treated for- because it takes that long to be seen. read more

This doctor is an absolute monster. I know this post will be taken down, but after having a horrible time of waiting two hours only to have the doctor tell me there was nothing wrong with me. And while in the bathroom told my boyfriend that my symptoms were psychosomatic and this was typical of women. I have been sick with a fever for 5 weeks now and have since seen infectious disease specialists who are actually helping. But his bedside manner was atrocious, he ordered unnecessary blood tests not covered by insurance, and I would never tell anyone to visit him ever. To top it all off, he had my negative review taken down and then called me to snidely tell me thanks for the yelp review and laughed in my face when I told him the situation of him performing unnecessary expensive blood tests. I cannot believe a doctor would be so unprofessional as to call a patient to rebuke them for a negative health review. His unprofessionalism knows no bounds. read more

Very poor care. The male doctor stated he prescribed a medication. In fact, he never did. I had to wait almost a week without medicine because he lied to me. Very unethical. If you can't prescribe something, don't lie to the patient's face and say you did prescribe it. Can't wrap my head around a lying physician. I booked the appointment through Oscar, first thing in the morning on a Saturday. I don't think they have a nurse practitioner, so the two doctors probably get a little overloaded throughout the day. I booked it with Milos, but then Stella was free sooner so I opted to get my physical and MMR sooner. She knows her stuff, and caught a few things that I would have forgotten to ask about. read more

The girls who run the front desk are so rude and incompetent it's almost unbelievable. They make things 1000x more difficult than it has to be. They make rude an unprofessional comments that are absolutely unnecessary. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior in any doctors office. The wait is also insane. If you have an appointment at 2 prepare to wait two damn hours for your visit. When you ask when you will be seen, all these receptionist can say is "oh the doctor is very busy." Well if that's the case then stop overbooking them!! There's literally ten people in a small office waiting to see two doctors and you're there for minimum of like two hours. If the doctor is busy, stop over scheduling visits. Also, if you're not buddy buddy with anyone in the office, don't expect anything. They'll give special preference to patients and friends that come through the door. The girls who work that front desk are an absolute nightmare and I'm pretty sure they have no idea wtf they're doing. If I could give them -1382628 stars I would. read more

Be sure to arrive 3-5 hours after your regularly appointed time to be seen. These guys are so unbelievably slow that the human race would probably go extinct by the time you are taken care of. I have been here waiting for 2 hours now. This is absolutely ridiculous. You see the doctor for 5 minutes or less but end up waiting on average over an hour. It is a zoo in this place. This will be the last time I am coming. Finding a new doctor. Also asked if someone could skip in front of me because they have work. Well so do I and I have employees waiting on me. I have been coming to Dr. Milos for a couple of years now. He is not the friendliest doctor but he does care about his patients and he tries to give them the best options. Because this is also a walk in office be prepared to wait a while. Once I went with an ear infection and he cleared it on the spot with a device, all cured. My father went in, he did not have health insurance and was really sick. Dr. Milos diagnosed him with pneumonia and sent him to get xrays down the block and prescribed him antibiotics. All costs was $175 including meds. God only knows what a hospital bill would've ran him. He called the next day to check on my dad too. I think he is a very knowledgable doctor. read more

In short, DO NOT GO HERE. I had a 4:30pm appointment and did not get seen until after 6:00. The receptionist was moping and rude, clearly angry she was even there. She was constantly arguing with people on the phone and being straight up mean to anyone who called. After the excessively long wait to see Doctor Milos that is where the horror show started. He instantly started doubting my symptoms and insinuating that I am imagining it. He literally told me to stop taking my temperature at home. I had a fever for over 2 weeks and he was insisting that it was all in my head. I left with no answer, no help, and no chance I'm going back. read more

I had to wait an hour to see the doctor even though I had an appointment at 4pm. Dr. Stella is a sweetheart but their office policy is horrendous. They need to either don't make appointments or make sure to honor the appointments. There is no point in creating appointments if one needs to wait so long. Furthermore, I only saw her less then a minute for a one hour wait. Totally unhappy with the service. read more

The two times I made an appointment, I ended up waiting an hour. Its been almost 3 weeks and I have yet to receive my test results. The ladies at the front desk seem to be having a bad day the last two times I was there and don't seem like they like talking to people. In person or over the phone they didn't seem very friendly or customer service like. I would leave messages for the doctor to call me back and she never did, I had to keep calling her. I just want to get my test results and then I'll be done with this clinic. I don't plan on ever returning back. read more

I've been cooking here for 3 years. The only reason I continue to come here is because they are open at 7am and close around 7pm. Also, the place is close to my apartment. Honestly the wait here is RIDICULOUS! I got here and there was 1 other person here .... 1! It's now been 1hour and I still havent been seen.. wtf?! Especially since there are two doctors and I asked to see whoever was available. Today the front desk staff was great. Usually it's not like that. There is one girl who is so rude and loud when asking why you're here.. this office is small the waiting room literally has 9 chairs. It gets very crowded especially if you come early morning, during lunch time and right before closing. I've been here a couple times where all seats were taken,and multiple people were standing. I hate that the wait is so long and then you go in to see the doctor and they dont spend that much time with you. That is ridiculous. I did find out that they will be moving to Cooper by Glendale diner and which McDonald's is for a larger location. I most likely will not be a patient anymore because I'm not going to go all the way over there for medical treatment. read more

I went to see her for the first time last week. I had to wait almost 2 hours with an appointment. The waiting room was tiny and full of coughing people, for half an hour I had to just awkwardly stand while people bumped into me. Front desk staff were rude, and the person who did my intake stated "don't be depressed you are too young." What kind of professionalism is that??? The doctor spent less than 15 minutes with me and told me to lose weight in such a rude and condescending way. I told her I had been losing weight, and I have an eating disorder. I am having problems picking up my prescription, and I have called the office 7 times to try to get help. The front desk puts me right on hold, and keeps me there for at least an hour. The one time I spoke to someone, I had to repeat myself 5x and they still had no idea what a pre authorization from a pharmacy meant. Are you kidding me? I still am having trouble and have not been able to get in contact with the doctor. Please don't waste your time. read more

I'm a patient of Dr. Milos and I've never had bad experience with them. The wait may be a little bit long but that is only because they take walk ins too, which i think its an amazing thing to do. Both Dr. Stella and Dr. Jovan are great doctors and very friendly. They know how to take care of their patients very well. The waiting room is nice and very clean. The front desk ladies are friendly and always willing to help and they always call for follow up. I would recommend them to everybody. read more

If there was a negative star rating, I would use that here. I have been to Dr. Milos 3 times. The first time, the staff were rude, but the doc was fairly nice. I was losing my voice and had a horrible sore throat. He gave me Tylenol and sent me on my way. The second time (one month later) I waited more than an hour even though I was the only person there. When I went in, he was rude. I told him I was having symptoms of a sinus infection (I get them a few times a year, so I know exactly when I am getting one). He said no, you have an ear infection. Here's some antibiotics. Get some sudafed. After taking the full course as prescribed and the sudafed, I feel hardly better. I went again today to tell him the infection was not gone. I waited another hour, despite being the only one there. The office staff were extremely rude. Dr. Milos was very condescending to me, told me to take some cough syrup and tylenol despite the fact that I feel as bad/worse asI did when I went two weeks ago. I said, "I know I have a sinus infection. I have green mucus, a sore throat, an ear ache, a cough, and drainage in my throat" (sorry to be graphic). He said, "I don't wave a magic wand to make your problems go away. Now you are being dramatic. Take some tylenol and it will make the infection go away!" Is he a real freaking doctor! In the years I have been dealing with this problem, I have NEVER had a doctor treat me so rudely or tell me simply to take Tylenol. I said, "I am in pain. I will be fired if I continue to take sick time. I have been sick 3 weeks and you are doing nothing." He continued to tell me I was being dramatic and to take some Tylenol. I cannot believe the rude and unprofessional way I was treated, telling a sick person who is asking for help, coughing like crazy, and barely able to even hear him because her ear is so painfully plugged, to stop being dramatic and take Tylenol. I work in a city hospital where staff are rude, and I have never seen one of my patients treated so poorly. DO NOT go to this doctor. He is a jerk, if even a real doctor at all. read more

My parents are very lucky to have Dr. Jovan Milos as a primary doctor. As a caregiver I am lucky too because I know they are in good hands. Dr. Milos satisfies everything that one can wish for a doctor. Not only he is very professional and competent in his profession but he is very careful, caring, polite, friendly, and nice. My parents, 85 and 80 years old, believe in him and feel safe because of him. I will mention one experience with my mother. Last year my mother went through the open heart surgery. The recovery was very difficult for her. After a month when we all thought that she was improving she still felt very week and had difficulty breathing. I took her to see Dr. Milos, who after a careful examination concluded that her chest was filled with fluids. He requested me to immediately take her to the emergency room in the hospital. It turned out that she was very sick from complications of the surgery and needed immediate care. Dr. Milos followed up by calling several times to make sure that my mother followed his instructions and indeed went to the hospital. Dr. Jovan Milos is very organized and effective with the paperwork, which is computerized. Medical history is readily available and updates are done on the spot. I never have to wait to know the results of blood tests and follow up medication. My parents and I are very grateful for Dr. Milos's service and expertise and we recommend him not only to our friends and family but everyone. read more
