Every time a customer came in the door they would rotate helping me. I always notice things like how you are treated in a store, it makes a big difference to me. They were very courteous not only to me but the other people in there as well. I would hate to see them have a bad review because the store is very neat, and the salespeople are very nice.

My complaint is this store. There are about 2 employees who genuinely try to help you and who seem like they enjoy their job. I have been mostly shopping online lately for this exact reason. My last time in the store was the worst experience I have had there, and it drove me to finally write a review. The staff acted like they could care less about me, the significant purchase I was trying to make, or anything else for that matter. One of the employees had a child with her, who appeared to be her daughter. One employee was sitting on the ground sorting through underwear to organize (I'm assuming) while talking to another employee. I waited at the register to check out for over 5 minutes, and if I wasn't in need of a specific item I would have left. The employees acted as if they knew I was there, but were "busy". I worked retail for many years and I would have never thought to act that way during work hours WITH customers in the store. When one employee finally did come to ring me up, she didn't push the current store promo BOGO 50% off. I would have definitely picked out another item, but didn't see the signs until I was leaving. The moral of the story is...shop online or go to another store. The Dover store is about an hour from me, and I would go there solely because the service is way better.
