We have a four month old daughter and most of her stuff is from Carter's. I finally visited the store the other day, it was a long time overdue because I lived five minutes away. They had a large selection of things I had seen online plus some other things as well. The first time I visited the store it was to pick up an online order, but I also ended up buying some cute stuff too. The second time it was to see if I could change up a size of something I bought online. They did not have the coat in store, but they were able to order it online for me for no cost. I definitely recommend signing up for their credit card, as well, because you get free shipping on anything with it. Definitely dangerous because you could buy something for like five dollars and it shipped for free, haha, but with an infant, it's been pretty nice to just shop from my phone or a computer. Overall, I recommend this location and I will be back at some point.

They lasted a long time so, I decided to get a new pair online. The sailview shoes are the closest thing to what I originally had and so far, I'm loving these shoes. The slippers are located in the back of the store and there were many options for men. We knew what we were looking for and found a great pair right away. We were in and out fast. We were able to find them both matching vests for the cold weather - cute, I know! The store layout and sale racks were pretty organized, something I LOVE about big sales going on. I'm way more likely to stay and make a purchase when I can actually find the items. The reason this EB gets 5 stars from me, though, is because of the store associate, David. When we were checking out, it seemed that the coupon my mom had wasn't going through, likely due to the fact that she hadn't used her EB credit card in a while and that it may have lapsed *facepalm*. David offered to open a new card for her which would include an extra 10% off the purchase! However, corporate still had her credit card on file and just needed to reactivate it...so 10 minutes and a phone call later, the card got reactivated. While he didn't have to, David kept the extra 10% off the purchase! That's the kind of customer service we all dream about. Thanks, David from EB - you get 5/5 stars from me!

In the windows of Eddie Bauer there was a sign that the entire store was 40 % off. Clearance items were 50% off the marked down price. The sales staff was pleasant with helping us directing us to the various places they had men's raincoats which were everywhere. No one spot something I disliked but a good sales pitch because I passed by a top and that I liked and of course bought. When we were ready to purchase the items we were told if I signed up for the reward program I would receive another 10% off the purchase. Great deals.
