I called twice to confirm this reservation and the woman assured me it was no problem. She never showed up on Sunday. I tried calling multiple times and nobody answered the phone. She called me back at 7:48 - at this point it was too late and I knew I'd be missing my train. I asked her where she was and why she didn't show up. The call was lost. She called me back and said "I just want to tell you you're a rude person" and hung up. I am horrified and outraged by this treatment. I would like to report this company."

Not sure how many or how little people work here or how many cabs there are but you deff need to have patience with them.
