The team is always responsive to our requests and needs and always, always puts well well being of kids first. Teachers are valued, respected, and a collaborative part of the leadership team. And, it shows. They're comfortable bring up ideas or concerns, and are greeted with responsiveness. This is the cleanest childcare facility I've ever seen in my life. This is also the only place that I trust my child to go during the pandemic. they already cleaned and sanitized more than any place I've ever seen. Now that's even amplified. Not only does the whole staff love my little boy, and he loves them... Not only have they helped him grow socially and emotionally... Not only does he love going to school everyday... Not only is it's a collaborative team where teachers are actually valued, respected, and listened to... But. I will never forget the night my mother-in-law passed suddenly. Because of the team's responsiveness, I never worried about if I would be able to get ahold of him during a constantly changing situation. It's not only that. I actually felt comfort knowing that I could reach out to them at any point, get a response, and that response would be to fully support my child and my family in any way possible. This school is truly amazing.

We got an introduction to the programs here through their "Super Hero" Summer program. The girls had a blast and they had a short show to demonstrate what they learned at the conclusion of the summer program. My wife and I had concerns about our daughters ability to listen to instructions and we thought that the more exposure they had to structured classes of any kind would be helpful. We were so thrilled to hear that they would be happy to have the girls participate in their kids dance classes during the school year. We enrolled both girls in Miss Molly's 9:30am class on Saturdays and to say my wife and I are impressed would be an understatement. She has so much energy with the kids it makes me feel lazy. The girls love her, love the class, and look forward to coming every weekend. As parents we cannot ask for much more than that, and we look forward to getting further exposure to their dance programs as our girls progress.

We will have our oldest child at this Fisher's Landing KinderCare for 9 years come this fall, our…read moresecond child here for 6 years as he started a few months after he was born. The reason we've been at this specific care center for so long is the staff and how it is run. If there is ever sickness exposure, an injury, something between two kids, etc, we are always made aware via the app and email, we have never hesitated to speak directly with the staff about our children's situation, let alone the Director if we ever felt her input or support would be helpful. Big or small, Director Megan and the staff have taken it seriously, listened to all sides, and made necessary steps to address. It is also our top priority to take our kids somewhere where the staff's priority is safety and making sure the kids are cared for, something we haven't had to question for 9 years. I also appreciate that the areas where we would like to see improvement are really nothing we'd consider a "big deal" or a "make or break". First, we've at times felt there's a bit overcommunication or it is dramatized when a kid isn't "perfect" all day. What I mean is, if my kid pushed my other kid, I do appreciate being informed, but I don't necessarily need a staff member to flag me down with wide eyes and say "it was a rough day" and then proceed to tell me that's why. Other staff, typically that have children of their own, are usually a bit softer on that front, informing us of the situation, how they addressed it, and ask if we have any questions. They don't look the other way, they don't allow it to go unaddressed or let me go uninformed, but it's not dramatized and the first thing I hear when I'm seeing my kids for the first time that day at pickup. Second, KinderCare is not a free-for-all, let kids go at it, facility, however I will say I wish there was sometimes a bit more structure in the School Age classroom. It's a challenge with that many different ages, grades, schedules in one room but I know my kids have done better when it's either summer when there's a full curriculum, or when the classroom goes through projects or other planned activities after school/on short days. The last thing I want to say is while no center is perfect, I just appreciate the heck out of this staff and their Director. Whenever we've heard any wild story from our kids, or our kids are the ones who are at fault, I feel like their team is our partner in finding a solution. They care about each of these kids and are additional cheerleaders for them. Our kid's first teacher at this KinderCare from almost 9 years ago is still a close friend and our go-to babysitter.

I really appreciate that Megan (the center director) is extremely responsive via email and the app. Any little question or concern is immediately addressed. And all the teachers are so kind and willing to talk about my son's day at pick up. So far, I am thrilled about this daycare experience and am looking forward to seeing my son's continued growth!

As an educator myself, I deeply value the way Circle of Friends provides a strong faith-based learning environment alongside developmentally appropriate academics. I have truly watched my children flourish both academically and in their faith, building a foundation of kindness, confidence, and love for learning. I also want to thoughtfully address a comment I saw suggesting that Circle of Friends does not help shy children or assist with opening snacks. That has not been our experience at all. Snacks are passed out to the whole class, and when families choose to send a separate snack, the expectation should simply be that children can open it themselves or that the teacher is informed if help is needed (parents, this is on you). In our experience, the teachers are always attentive, kind, and more than willing to help when a child communicates a need or when parents partner with them. Every teacher we've encountered has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in creating a joyful and safe environment. My children have felt loved, supported, and encouraged--especially when navigating shyness, new routines, or challenges. When my child experienced accidents due to a medical need, the staff handled it with grace and compassion. They communicated with me promptly, cared for my child with dignity, and worked collaboratively with our family to support their needs. Circle of Friends is a school built on communication, partnership, and care. Anytime we've had a question or concern, the staff has been open, constructive, and solution-focused. This is a place where children are truly known and families are respected. We are incredibly grateful to be part of a community that has meant so much to our family for generations. Circle of Friends is a special place, and we wholeheartedly recommend it.
