If you go out and buy a stapler, it will do as much for you towards finding a rental property as working with Josue and his team.
Working with him is like spending two hours on hold or working through a phone tree, only to have the automated voice at the end tell you to call again later, right before it hangs up.
I lost out on each of the units I showed interest in because they just don't respond to you. The housing market is shitty and frustrating enough without having to work with the equivalent of a dry erase board.
He and his team don't reply to texts, won't send you applications if you ask for one, won't follow up once you submit an application (that you had to get yourself), and won't schedule a time for you to see a rental. You're on your own.
The one that did it for me is that I found a halfway affordable unit, and the stars aligned and Josue actually replied to my inquiry, which was very exciting and rare. He said he would schedule a time to see it for later that week. Later came and nothing from him. Messaged asking for a follow up. Nothing. Messaged him again the next day. Nothing.
You'll have better luck working with a stapler. Wish I could get back the months I wasted working with this guy. read more
