This place is the best laundromat I've been to! I don't know when they remodeled this place, but it seems brand new. The machines are very fast and efficient. No spotty wash cycles. Your clothing is sufficiently soaked and clean. There are a ton of washers and dryers too. The laundry carts are new looking. I really appreciated the cashless option to pay too. Quick and easy. The default for my delicate wash load was 18 minutes for $3.75. The default to dry for my load was $2.75 for 30 minutes. Not bad! Tv, snack and drink vending machines, attendant with supplies, and little toy vending machines. Parking out front next to Family Dollar. Starbucks across the street.

After what I saw going through five of these washers, never will I ever again not only not bring my clothes and my personal garments to this laundromat I will never go to any laundromat ever again. I entered the YV laundry in Yucca Valley on Highway 62 next to the jelly donuts looking forward to having all my clothes, clean and smell good for myself for my daughter, but what I noticed was two gentlemen with long hair, tattoos, and wife beater shirts.? pulling large amounts of mopheads from three or four different washing machines at the YV laundry in Yucca Valley. And I don't care if they were brand new mopheads you can only imagine what these mop heads have been doing and where they have been.! OMG!!! I did manage to do one load of laundry as I observe these gentlemen with their mopheads, throwing them into the dryers. I counted from what I could see 25 mopheads. The guy is washing them did not have any kind of uniform on so I would say they were probably mop heads from.???? beware of YV laundry and what they allow to go in and out of there washers and dryers! They say you are being monitored and I did witness cameras in the facility? But clearly the owner and our manager could care less of what goes through their washers and dryers at. YV laundry!

A lot of options for washing machine and dryers at different prices. A bit on the expensive end, although, this is the first time I've lived in an apartment that didn't provide a washer and dryer in the unit or within the bulletin complex, so I don't know what the usual price is, so I could be wrong. But everything functions properly and the people there seem friendly. Some of them seem a little sketchy but that's DHS for ya. But aside from this being the only coin laundry in the area, I'll be back because of how Roger treated me, and because of the options they have for washer and dryers. The only thing I would change/add is including some fabric softener papers for the dryers because there weren't any options when I went up to by detergent etc. But maybe they don't sell very well, and it's more profitable to have up what they already do, but profits is now a business stays in business so i get it. So, I had a trail angel transport me to Idyllwild, where he proceeded to give me a full tour of the area, including showing me where the laundromat was located. I stayed in town for the afternoon shopped and ate with my trail family, but best of all I no longer had hiker smell. LOCATION: Easy to get to from anywhere in town... the campground and various accommodation are a short walk/drive away. There is a detergent, fabric softener etc. machine. My detergent was $1.00 for one loads worth. My washer load was 16 quarters/$4.00. NOTE: They have a change machine that will take up to twenty dollar bill. The dryer was 25 cents per 5 minutes. They have various size washers. I only used the smallest one. They have a seating both inside and out, electrical charging station, free WiFi, folding tables and two areas where you can hang garments on hangers.
