Eight months later when a pesky leak that plagued me for 14 years (off and on) reappeared he came out to investigate. Even though it didn't come from the roof as I had initially thought, Kelly figured out where the leak was coming from, told me what I needed to do to fix it, and what materials to use. **Disappointing Warranty Policy - Not Transferable**…read more I wanted to leave a warning for other homeowners considering this company: their warranties are strictly non-transferable.  If you invest heavily in a new roof or renovation and end up selling your house down the road, the warranty does not pass on to the next owner. This severely limits the long-term value of the work and leaves future buyers with zero protection, even if the installation is relatively new.  When you pay premium prices for major home improvements, you expect the company to stand behind their workmanship regardless of who holds the deed. Make sure to read the fine print before signing a contract with them, as this policy is a major drawback compared to other contractors who offer transferable lifetime or multi-year warranties.

Can't recommend these guys enough! Had a problem with the gutters on the front of my house -…read morewhenever there was a heavy rain, I had trails of water spilling out of my gutters and down the outside of the house. You could see and hear it spattering against the windows. Having just recently purchased the house, I figured the gutters were probably pretty clogged (the leaves are tenacious around here). So I called and scheduled for them to come clean my gutters. There was also talk of possibly installing gutter caps to keep the leaves out, etc. Also, my gutters are pretty high, and I really didn't want anyone walking on the roof (it's pretty steep, to a nasty drop). They respected my request - none of their men set foot on the roof. And here's the wonderful part - my gutters weren't clogged at all! The problem (as he explained to me) was where the gable meets the edge of the roof created a kind of sluice that kicks up the water velocity - causing it to jump out of the gutter and spill down the side of the house. Having explained that, he offered to install vertical guards at the ends of the gables (on the outside of the gutter) to cut down on the splash out. And that was all he charged me for! He could've hit me for checking the gutters (even though they were empty), but he didn't. He could've swindled me into believing I needed gutter caps to 'keep the leaves out just in case', but he didn't do that either. He knew his stuff, was spot-on in his diagnosis (this was over 8 months ago and we haven't had a problem since), and only charged me for the actual labor.
