The staff here handled our inquiries,concerns and services with such warmth and care. The services took place around peak COVID and there we're some restrictions such as attendee limitation but we didn't come across that issue. From start to finish there were several staff members assisting us from making sure the flower arrangements were laid out beautifully to passing out prayer cards, even the funeral home director was there ( sorry don't remember her name) we even had a Mariachi come to send my father off and the funeral home was okay with it. We are truly grateful for having found this Mortuary and thankful to all the wonderful staff.

I was given everything I asked for and it was more affordable than I thought. I didn't have a service with them but I did have my dad cremated as he wished. I have heard of places trying to get more money out of you when going through something like this but Joey was nothing like that. He listened to what I wanted and did it. First my mother died in September 2023 at AV Hospital, so signed death certificate form from physician. I had to call repeatedly to learn what had happened after Don so kindly and fake concernedly promised her remains return within a few weeks. No on returned my phone calls. They excused it to having my wrong phone number. Interestingly to have such a mistake when you have to complete most forms on line directly and he could use the correct number to try and upsale additional items for increased cost... Second try was from unexpected death of father , at home in a quick hospice placement in July 2024. Due to the hospice physician's errors in death report LA County was required to complete an autopsy which required medical records. However, Don and his group never got back to me about problem and it took almost 3 months to get the Coroner the hospital records and treatments. Then within a week of me getting them and speaking directly with the Coroner he was cremated. However, again had to call repeatedly to inquire as to when his remains were available. Again no consistent return of phone calls. Don and his daughter could never remember my father's or my name and had to look for records, so not too concerned and obviously have problems with many many clients. Save your family more heartache and frustration and go with another group , as it will be more timely and not cost anymore either. If I could give a negative rating I would.

They definitely take advantage on charges, way more than posted costs on everything. Not trustworthyread more
