I only had to take Advil over the counter for a couple days and didn't need stent personally after a few days. My gum turned out looking great a few months later (give it time, first couple months I thought it looked a little low but now it's right in line with my others). Everyone at the office was sweet and very responsive. Also, I got a couple quotes for gum grafts as a cash paying patient and this was the best deal. Overall amazing experience!

He is gentle and doesn't "upsell" services. He replaced all my metal fillings more than 10 years ago and never an issue. After years of dental problems, I finally made the decision to restore my smile, and choosing Dr…read more Miller was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have always been extremely scared of going to the dentist--honestly, absolutely terrified. The thought of dental procedures caused me a great deal of anxiety, and I put off getting the treatment I needed for far too long because of that fear. From the very beginning, Dr. Miller recognized how nervous I was and went out of his way to make sure I was okay. He was patient, reassuring, and took the time to check on me throughout the process, helping me feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. From my very first consultation, Dr. Miller and his team treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answer every question, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. On April 15, I underwent full-mouth implant treatment, and the results have already been life-changing. Not only do my teeth look incredible, but I smile with confidence again. The care and attention to detail that Dr. Miller puts into his work are truly remarkable. What impressed me most was that I never felt like just another patient. Dr. Miller genuinely cares about the people he treats and takes pride in helping them regain both their smile and their quality of life. His entire staff has been supportive, compassionate, and professional throughout my recovery. The photos and video attached to this review show part of the transformation, but they cannot fully capture what this experience has meant to me. For the first time in a long time, I can look in the mirror and smile proudly. If you are considering dental implants or major dental work, I cannot recommend Dr. Miller highly enough. The investment is significant, but so is the result. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Thank you, Dr. Miller, for giving me my smile back.

They had my email, phone number and my information to provide me the details of my appointment. There was never a phone call, a confirmation, a reminder, an add it to your calendar, nor even a notification sent. I received nothing about paper work or anything needed until less than 24 hours before the appointment was scheduled - They sent me a text message on 7/23 asking me to use a link to fill out the paperwork. I'm not sure how this business handles other patients, but I felt this was all very rushed last minute. They had 10 days - to provide me the links and possibly an email to verify the appointment and fill out the paperwork, rather than less than a 24hr notice via text message. They called 3 minutes after the appointment was scheduled. Asked if I was on my way - I advised that I had not received any confirmation until 24 hours prior and was not interested in doing business. I explined the frustration with timeliness and verification, and they receptionist proceeded to defend the lack of acknowledgement. I advised her that I would not entertain her argument, and advosed that if this is how they did things I would notify others via yelp and google. Save your time, and go to a dentist that respects your time. As time is money and last minute reaction is never a solution to not being proactive.
