They were extremely small--about the size of my hand--and much smaller than a typical personal pizza. The sauce appeared dried out, and the pizza was served cold. The nachos were equally underwhelming and did not seem fresh. Overall, while we enjoyed the swimming facilities, the food quality did not match the experience. I would recommend bringing your own food if permitted, rather than purchasing food on-site. 30$ was the cost by the way

We got there mid afternoon and, by chance, were able to score a table. Outdoor pool is divided into shallow and deep ends. Also, it has a diving board an adjacent overhead shaded overhang, seats, loungers and a cantina for concessions. Mind the cantina hours. I purchased the nachos with jalapeños. Cheese topping was ample. Portion was totally share-able. Remember to ask for paper towels! Staff was on their game. Door staff was able to locate our reservation pretty efficiently. Life guards were alert. Outdoor pool has a process where all kids are asked out of the pool for the last 20 minutes on the hour. This allows for adults to share in an adults only swim. There's an outdoor shower, water fountain and restroom with hand dryers. Indoor area includes a waiting pool connected to the Lazy River, a couple slides, and another break out pool. There are chairs that hugged the walls for bathing suit cover ups, shoes, etc. There are no indoor cubbies. I would say bring toys/ etc items in here at your own risk. The Lazy River keeps a decent pace. There was an incident of sick child in the water and life guards handled it accordingly. The area was restricted for the rest of our time spent there. Splash pad section rocked. Fountains that would dump water, play squirting cannons, frogs to sit upon and so on. All and all, this was a solid place to have a kid's birthday. Additional families had the same idea. Many a celebration was had that day. Parking available for the center. Our party had a blast with the party favor being that kids slept hard that evening. The password is posted on a card on the desk, near the entrance door. But, the wifi does not work. You cannot stream on a Pixel 7 Pro, a Samsung Galaxy Ultra, an enhanced HP laptop, a brand new Dell laptop. When brought to management's attention, he indicated the problem was with my phone. His claim, in summary, was that he could not help that my phone didn't stream well. Then, he claimed it was Spectrum, their Internet provider, at fault. Spectrum, by the way, is 20 yards from HOTWORX. It's walking distance and an easy walk at that. So, is it my Pixel, Samsung, HP, Dell, or Spectrum that makes any streamed or downloaded video stop and reload every couple of minutes (and sometimes multiple times per minute)? The only party management did not say could be at fault is Hotworx. This is my last visit to this place and that's a pity. The rooms are new and the shower room is excellent. It is stocked with clean towels, soap, hair ties, and even tampons. I truly appreciate that. But, I don't come here for towels, hair ties, soap, or even tampons, nice as all that is. I come here to have a short workout, get a good sweat, and work hard. I don't do the stretching. I can do that at home where I have my own towels, soap, hair ties, and tampons. I come here to jump and run, do calisthenics, and work hard. I do that with an app or downloads from the app. These work everywhere else (DFW, Austin, 281 where even XM radio loses connection, in the ocean on a cruise, in Poland, Chicago, Virginia, New York, Mexico, and even the country of Panama. You get the idea). For $60-$70 per month, I could join Perspire, just down the toll road. I could have 6-7 months at E05 on Altamesa where they have a sauna. Similarly, I could have 6-7 months at Fitness Connection, just a stone's throw towards Hulen. Hell, I could have saved my money and ordered a sauna and had it installed at my house. Save your time, your money, and your frustration. Go somewhere else or nowhere at all but do not throw your money away at HOTWORX at Chisolm Trail in SW Fort Worth. If you want to waste your money and get nothing in return, Zelle it to me and I will light it on fire for you, free of charge. No initiation fee. No joining fee. No ridiculous cancellation fee. Maybe another location is good but this one absolutely sucks. Such an unnecessary waste of time. BTW, I'm outside of Hotworx and my Internet connection is now working at top speed. But if I go back inside, I guarantee the only thing I will get is perpetual reloading and a line of total and complete BS.

Now her coaches are at other gyms now but that's how it goes and we have Great new coaches that have joined who provide experience and who currently are cheering and competing themselves plus our athletic director is recognized in the nation so new bonds are being built. Tina does love the kids and it's all about them to have a successful season, learning and leveling up. They charged my credit card on file three times without authorization, even after I raised the issue following the second occurrence. At the time, my account was already paid in full and should have never been charged again. The gym offered a credit, which I accepted at the time since I planned to use it toward an out of town competition. I did use part of the credit to cover that expense but continue with $245.50 as credit. (imagine how much I charged/stolen) After deciding to leave the gym for personal reasons, I requested a refund for the remaining balance. Which I don't believe should be an issue since it was THEIR mistake. Despite assurances from the owner that the matter would be handled, it has now been over three months with no resolution. I was removed from the team's communication group (which I get since we are no longer in the team) and my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. This review is based on my personal experience, but I also know I am not the only parent still waiting on money owed. Thankfully, my card on file was a credit card, and I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges and filing a complaint regarding the unauthorized transactions. To new customers, keep a close eye on your account and do not allow repeated "mistakes" to slide (there's always an excuse). Most importantly, do not accept "credit" in place of a refund. Credit is not real money! out of the gym, it becomes worthless.

I had tried out 3 other Gym's similar to G6 before I started at their gym in this area. The other gyms although I enjoyed, didn't feel it had the same professionalism where each trainer really knew their stuff at G6 and it felt like family after getting to know everyone. Results: I ended up putting on 20lbs of muscle while at G6 over a few months getting into the best shape of my life (under 5% Body fat) and it also felt more a like a family atmosphere which meant a lot to me personally. I have also sent several friends there that felt similar. Why G6? I almost went the personal training route but it wasn't in my budget for that level of 1 on 1 which is why I went hunting. At G6, you get to have the coaches for questions/watching your workouts similar to a personal trainer, excellent programming to fit your needs, professionalism, and a great atmosphere with the other individuals you workout with which helps with encouragement.
