The person answering the phones and greeting is so incredibly rude, I was flabbergasted. She wasn't friendly at all over the phone, but I assumed she was just busy and it was hard to hear due to the kids on her background. When I walked in, and asked about how it worked, she yelled at me that I was 16 minutes late to open gym, and gave me attitude. Keep in mind, I explained this is my first time walking through the doors- ever. The concept of it is great, they have coaches set up to allow the little ones to take turns , but once I looked around all the mats, couches to sit on etc was either breaking somehow, falling apart, stained or just seemed dirty. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect it to be clean like a hospital but it appears to not be maintained, which is unfortunate. As an extremely busy mother myself, I understand it's hard to keep up with but the place definitely needs some TLC.

Instructors are great - so helpful in getting me a guide to use - rebuilding my strength and mind set to get back in shape. Have worked out most of my 80 year life and injuries are just killers to fitness and training, but working with these guys is bringing me back to a healthy place to be. This gym used to be called Texas Fit - many members left because of cost or the change in venue - who knows, but I want to tell all out there looking for a real gym, then this is the place to come to and start getting back into shape (like I am doing) or strength building or whatever turns you on to a life building healthy way. This is a real gym - working out, pumping iron, getting in shape to take on your daily routine.

They were extremely small--about the size of my hand--and much smaller than a typical personal pizza. The sauce appeared dried out, and the pizza was served cold. The nachos were equally underwhelming and did not seem fresh. Overall, while we enjoyed the swimming facilities, the food quality did not match the experience. I would recommend bringing your own food if permitted, rather than purchasing food on-site. 30$ was the cost by the way

I have a long way to go spiritually, but pushing myself physically has transferred into a stronger faith in Christ, serving my wife, kids and church. AKA, not being a lazy punk. I was barley making it through the day with two or three energy drinks before. I now have more sustained energy and focus with no energy drinks now. The classes are fun and before you know it your class is over. You are encouraged to come for as many classes as you can take so that you will get the skills down more quickly. The class sizes are small which makes them very comfortable. We came with a Groupon, but will stay and pay full price! I am also encouraging my son and his fiancé to come so they can learn to dance for their wedding!
