She wasn't friendly at all over the phone, but I assumed she was just busy and it was hard to hear due to the kids on her background. When I walked in, and asked about how it worked, she yelled at me that I was 16 minutes late to open gym, and gave me attitude. Keep in mind, I explained this is my first time walking through the doors- ever. The concept of it is great, they have coaches set up to allow the little ones to take turns , but once I looked around all the mats, couches to sit on etc was either breaking somehow, falling apart, stained or just seemed dirty. Don't get me wrong, I don't expect it to be clean like a hospital but it appears to not be maintained, which is unfortunate. As an extremely busy mother myself, I understand it's hard to keep up with but the place definitely needs some TLC.
