I love it here!!! I am new to crossfit and chose this box for my home for several reasons. First, it is in a great location, right off of highway 35 in Burleson. Next, the owners and coaches are absolutely wonderful. Because I am new to crossfit I was looking for proper instruction without any judgement. I found that at Crossfit 313! The coaching staff is so great at scaling the workouts to fit my ability they constantly instruct me on how to do the workouts safely and effectively. Lastly, and I believe most importantly, the box members are SO supportive and encouraging. Many a time I have been assisted by complete strangers (who I now consider my box family) in figuring out the ends and outs of the box. The atmosphere of the box is greatly influenced by the fabulous members here and it is a great environment due to their friendliness. I would HIGHLY recommend this box for newbies and seasoned crossfiters alike no matter your experience of fitness level (remember the workouts can be scaled to your personal fitness level). I had been doing CrossFit for a little over a year when my job relocated me and my family to Texas. When I walked into CrossFit 313 I instantly felt at home. CrossFit 313 is a place for EVERYONE. Until I had started training at CrossFit 313, I honestly had never been an athlete, never participated in sports, and most definitely never had a gym membership. I knew after the first day I started, this was going to drive me to be better and keep building. Everyday is a challenge, but every challenge is completed and that leaves you with the greatest amount of satisfaction. This place is about teamwork, setting goals, achieving goals, and putting in real work to get real results. CrossFit 313 will eventually be my home gym once I move to the Ft. Worth/Burleson area. I went here to drop in for a workout with my gf who is a member and I absolutely loved it. The coaches are great and so friendly and really knowledgeable about the movements and I instantly felt welcomed and apart of the 313 family. I can't wait to be a permanent member here and continue my fitness lifestyle and journey with them. Being a CF coach myself I know how important it is for members to feel welcomed and not be intimidated about coming to a new gym or starting it from scratch so coming here will be very comforting. Best gym I have ever stepped foot in. Reasons being because the coaching is phenomenal, the atmosphere is positive and welcoming, and your health matters. Critiquing on reps is everything and Ashley and Clint are there hand and foot making sure you are doing it correctly to avoid injuries and to of course, make you stronger and better. You will go from not being able to do something to eventually being able to do it. (Pull ups, double unders, hand stand push ups...always going up in weight, etc.) The members are constantly progressing. That says A LOT about this gym and especially the coaching. They take the time to teach you the right way to do things, longer classes provide more attention to the details. Don't make you feel like your rushed, to just get a workout done and get out. Lots of open gym times to go in and get extra programming or just go work on personal goals.
