The 2 guys they sent out were very unprofessional and the one who had any experience at all would leave and sit in truck and let incompetent guy install and put down. The carpet began to buckle up in 2024, I called company and they refused to do anything about it. I had a guy come in last week because the buckles were getting dangerous for me to walk. He stretched the carpet and took 4 1/2 inches out of it. Seems like the first guys never stretched it enough. Very disappointed in this place of business. Would not recommend them to anyone.

The bay never fogged up before he worked on it. We had a communication problem with another window. My husband replaced the glass , then we paid him twice to replace the window. I had to pay him another $425 above his bid for glass I had just replaced. I let that one go , but we never got an apology , let alone the bay window fixed. I had planned on using him for the interior , but I don't care for how he does business. A bid is a bid . I shouldn't be paying more , but the tipping point is when he broke my window , refused to fix it or get a bid. use with caution. I don't think it's a language issue.
