I have referred Micaiah to work with clients that are NOT tech savvy, are hard of hearing, get easily confused and have earned a HOST of "issues". He has been kind, professional, honest, timely and everything one could hope for with my clients. Please consider him FIRST for YOUR clients too! ("muh-KI'-uh")

He had no…read moreposted reviews, but I decided to reach out to him on 2/15/22 after viewing his website - MontroseColoradoHandyman.com. He returned my email promptly and arrived late afternoon the next day to check out my dryer. He agreed to order the necessary part for repair, stating he doesn't service many GE dryers and only had Samsung parts in stock. Eight days later, I was still waiting for an update. I called him and left a message saying if he was having difficulty getting the part to let me know, and I would go ahead and purchase a new dryer, restating I still wanted his service to clean the dryer duct as we had discussed during the initial consult. I asked him to call me back and let me know. It is now 3/6/22, and he has not made any effort to communicate with me at all. For this reason, I am leaving a negative review solely because of his unprofessionalism and lack of customer service.
