I recognize the amount of time and effort it took to get my necessary medication approved, so thank you. They were extremely attentive and flexible with my schedule as well, as I am a very busy student myself. Every time I visited, Dr. Omino took the time to really explain all my options and answered all my questions. He took my symptoms seriously and never once dismissed me. He thought outside the box and ensured he did a full diagnostic work up for all potential diagnoses. I am so incredibly grateful for Dr. Omino's endless advocacy that truly makes a difference in not only my life, but all of his patients' lives.

I have a PPO with out of network coverage through Aetna so I called them and they said they dont take Aetna at all and was rude about it and hung up. So now Im back to square one, will take at least a week to get in to another Dr since they gave.me absolutely no notice and in the meantime I can not walk, on crutches, and in a lot of pain. Im going to need an MRI delaying diagnosis even longer. THESE PEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE AND DO NOT CARE. They sho I ld have told me this when I made the appointment, they obtained my insurance information and instead made me wait a week to tell me the day before and didnt care. The Dr's are probably about as good as their staff. Dont waste your time with these people because literally thats what you will do, waste your time

Dr. Dean is very thorough with his questions and during my initial visits and follow-up visits, he is very kind, thoughtful, and thorough with his questions. I was very open about my symptoms, and Dr. Dean and his team were open to multiple reasons why I may be feeling my symptoms and recommended some medication that finally provided relief for my GERD that I've been having for years. He was there throughout my moms care back in 2013 but unfortunately she passed away. Dr. McNicoll found a spot on my dads lung during a routine visit, and ultimately was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2018 and was treated, however it came back with a vengeance a year later. My dad was hospitalized three times from the first week in September until he passed 6 weeks later and Dr. McNicoll never once went to the hospital to see him. Not once in the three separate hospital admissions. The hospital where my dad was is located directly across the street from Dr. McNicoll's office. Everyday I went to see my dad, I would ask the nurse if Dr. McNicoll had been in to see him and they always said no, I asked the attending physician if he had been in to see him and they told me he had been contacted but hasn't been in. He was my dads physician all these years and he never once went to see him. I work in healthcare and I have never known a primary care physician to not see their patient who has been admitted to the hospital. To this day, I still don't know why he never stepped across the street to see his patient who trusted him for all those years with his care.

My GP sent Dr. Moe to take over--something that, in retrospect, saved my life. Without going into personal details, Dr Amadpour had a hunch I had a certain manageable condition while other ER docs disagreed. Had they won out, the treatment likely would have been very detrimental to me, then and into the future. My 2-star rating has NOTHING to do with Dr. A and everything to do with his miserable practice staff. With tragically few exceptions, they are ICE COLD. You can't get a friendly worker EVER. They seem unhappy to be there, unwilling to treat patients with care and compassion. Trying calling for ANY reason. It ALWAYS goes to voicemail and those calls are ignored. I tried time and again to get my records forwarded to a new GI doc where I now live. No returned calls. Period. I even FAXED the request and never heard back. I cannot more highly recommend DOCTOR Amadpour. Sadly, you have to go through his PRACTICE to reach him. For this patient, it stopped being worth the abuse.
