They were extremely attentive and flexible with my schedule as well, as I am a very busy student myself. Every time I visited, Dr. Omino took the time to really explain all my options and answered all my questions. He took my symptoms seriously and never once dismissed me. He thought outside the box and ensured he did a full diagnostic work up for all potential diagnoses. He was there throughout my moms care back in 2013 but unfortunately she passed away. Dr. McNicoll found a spot on my dads lung during a routine visit, and ultimately was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2018 and was treated, however it came back with a vengeance a year later. My dad was hospitalized three times from the first week in September until he passed 6 weeks later and Dr. McNicoll never once went to the hospital to see him. Not once in the three separate hospital admissions. The hospital where my dad was is located directly across the street from Dr. McNicoll's office. Everyday I went to see my dad, I would ask the nurse if Dr. McNicoll had been in to see him and they always said no, I asked the attending physician if he had been in to see him and they told me he had been contacted but hasn't been in. He was my dads physician all these years and he never once went to see him. I work in healthcare and I have never known a primary care physician to not see their patient who has been admitted to the hospital. To this day, I still don't know why he never stepped across the street to see his patient who trusted him for all those years with his care.

Mom had a very bad urine infection which spread to her brain. Dr. Zia is involved with too many patients and the lack of care caused my Mother to become very ill. His lack of enthusiasm helping my Mother get into a home. He lied on the paperwork. I confronted him and he told me to trust him. His lack of honesty caused Mom to get denied. After telling me to trust him. Between the lies and infection. Do not recommend using him in a nursing home. His office hours hospital visits and nursing home visits kept him way too busy. He was a great office Dr. but not nursing home. I delayed writing this review. The incident was 2019. Since then at 94 she passed away from Covid.

I went in for a basic procedure and left with two blown veins and I am still bleeding from the surgical site because they did not close the wound properly. I don't even know if Dr. Amandpour was in the room when the procedure took place because they sedated me before he arrived and he left before I woke up.

Over the course of two weeks I never heard back even though I mentioned it was a 17-year-old who wanted a referral to go and talk to somebody. I just received a call back and was told not only does the doctor not see patients under the age of 18, which is fine my son turns 18 on the 29th, but he is getting out of insurances and becoming a cash only doctor. What a waste of time. 17 and he had to wait three weeks to get no help. This doctor should be ashamed of himself and his staff.
