I found this place as I was looking for a metal fabricator to do an aluminum plate for a simple project I had in mind. I did some sketches with measurements and took it down to the place. I spoke with Richard, discussed what I needed and said I needed to know if they could do it and how long it would take. I left my number and was told I'd get a call back soon. Days went by. I called back to check up on things, and Richard was out. I asked if they had any info on whether they were going to do what I needed and when, but they didn't. They asked for my number and said they'd call back in the next day or so. Once again, no call. This became the rule, as they NEVER contacted me at any point, not even to give a status update. I drove down to their shop on multiple occasions, only to be given the runaround, with Richard never there, and never any inclination of when I would be given the simple information I needed. To be clear: I'm not even talking about the project getting done! I just needed to know IF THEY COULD DO IT AND IF SO, HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE. Over 10 days I never got an answer to this simple question. How does this place even stay in business? To cap things off, I went down to the shop to get my sketches so that I could take them to a different metal fabricator. After minutes of rustling around papers in a back room, they returned to tell me that THEY LOST THEM, but if only I would leave my number they'd call me if they found them! Keep in mind that this is the same guy I talked to twice on the phone previously and I GAVE MY NUMBER TO HIM BOTH TIMES. This place is pure amateur hour. Avoid if you value your time in any capacity.

Absolutely one of the best vendors I have ever dealt with since I've been doing property…read moremanagement. They built us a big, big security gate for one of our stairwells. Usually when I think of security gate, I think for whatever reason something sort of prison style, in other words not terribly attractive. Such is not the case with our security gate. It is extremely well built and attractive and has added definition AND security to our building. Let's talk customer service. From their customer service rep, Gale, who I think runs the office, takes orders, does project management, and generally runs interference to the very nice gentleman who installed the gate, I never sensed anything but total commitment to our project, and in fact they acted like we were their only customer. A couple of our residents complained that the gate made clashing noises that disrupted their sleep. I called Gale and she had their installation serviceman out the same day. It was so hot that day that if you moved, you started sweating. I'm sorry I can't remember his name, but the serviceman stood out in the blinding heat and worked straight for two hours without complaint until the gate no longer clashed or made much of any noise at all. His dedication saved the sanity of many during the hot summer.
