I couldn't unrecommend this place more strongly. If you want something done "whenever" and have no…read moreimmediate plans I guess they might get you something someday. Who knows? I found this place as I was looking for a metal fabricator to do an aluminum plate for a simple project I had in mind. I did some sketches with measurements and took it down to the place. I spoke with Richard, discussed what I needed and said I needed to know if they could do it and how long it would take. I left my number and was told I'd get a call back soon. Days went by. I called back to check up on things, and Richard was out. I asked if they had any info on whether they were going to do what I needed and when, but they didn't. They asked for my number and said they'd call back in the next day or so. Once again, no call. This became the rule, as they NEVER contacted me at any point, not even to give a status update. I drove down to their shop on multiple occasions, only to be given the runaround, with Richard never there, and never any inclination of when I would be given the simple information I needed. To be clear: I'm not even talking about the project getting done! I just needed to know IF THEY COULD DO IT AND IF SO, HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE. Over 10 days I never got an answer to this simple question. How does this place even stay in business? To cap things off, I went down to the shop to get my sketches so that I could take them to a different metal fabricator. After minutes of rustling around papers in a back room, they returned to tell me that THEY LOST THEM, but if only I would leave my number they'd call me if they found them! Keep in mind that this is the same guy I talked to twice on the phone previously and I GAVE MY NUMBER TO HIM BOTH TIMES. This place is pure amateur hour. Avoid if you value your time in any capacity.

This review is strictly for my Yelp communication with Mighty Fab when I inquired about purchasing…read morea sheet of 18-guage stainless steel or getting it cut to size if I provided the stock. Jim responded pretty much immediately with not only a thoughtful, friendly, and great explanation of what his capabilities are, but lots of suggestions of other reputable businesses to try since he couldn't quite do what I wanted. Jim continued to respond promptly and provide lots of great support and suggestions based on my responses. I particularly appreciated Jim's honesty and being so transparent and up-front about the results if he were to do the job with his equipment. Although Jim didn't have the capability to perform what I wanted, I was able to get the job done through following his recommendations. I'd definitely recommend contacting Mighty Fab if you need any metal work done, and I'll definitely keep Mighty Fab in mind for future needs.

I was having a hell of a time trying to find a metal liner for my firepit. The mass-produced…read moreliners online just didn't look great *or strong* and I couldn't find anything that was a good fit. I'm so glad I found Jim & Mighty Fab. He definitely went above and beyond for my small project. He came over for the estimate as promised and gave me a download on what he recommended for my project and we worked together on the details before landing on a final plan. He kept me updated along the build process and the liner turned out pretty sweet with a beautiful custom fit. Worth noting when comparing this custom liner vs the mass produced stuff online- Jim can create a welded one-piece unit that is structural vs. most online stuff is multiple pieces bolted together. Also, check out the seamless top lip- beautiful work! I don't think you'll find a more meticulous fabricator in town - Jim gets it done! Also, it's great to support a small business and an overall really nice guy. Thanks again for the great work Jim - very much appreciated!
